Worse experience Ive had with a web development company. My company purchased the freelancer clone from MintTM and after initial deployment discovered over 15 major bugs in the site. Major issues such as notification problems, broken relational databases for categories and freelancers, taxonomy sorting issues, and the inability to edit simple text from the admin console was just the beginning. Furthermore the customer impact issues such as subcategory/category indexes not linked correctly and more. I would have expected that functionality errors identified in the template after the initial installation of the site within a reasonable time would be covered under the standard service agreement but was told we would have to purchase an expensive service plan that would allow them to correct the issues. We submitted all of our claims within the initial 30 day service guarantee but the ones they were unable to fix within that time we were told we had to pay for an extended service plan.Communication was subpar and at times we did not hear anything back for 7+ days. The representatives that was our primary contact was Dhara Thummar and Dave Nirav. They were unwilling to work with us on correcting the bugs and issues.
