A great hotel at a nominal price. Strategically located near by airport and rajkot railway station. Offers some really amazing food. Wholesale market is also at a walking distance from the hotel. Worth considering. Value for money.

Hotel is good with efficient staff. Good ambiance and nice and clean rooms. I have a suggestion that when it is too early checkout in morning hotel should provide drop to station as auto is not available.

Average hotel with average facilities.Dislike:Asking for advance payment during checkin. I havent seen this in any other hotel.Second room service is late.Rest ambience was nice and overall for 1-2 days, you will enjoy.

Good business hotel. For family, they should have added few more things, they have the space. Look out for cleanliness, I found a cigarette bud in a non smoking room.

I was shortly visiting Rajkot while coming back from Girnar-Somnath. My group had decided to dine at the grand thacker. After a long day of traveling and roaming around Rajkot when we came to TGT we were shocked to see so many people waiting outside in queue for their turn. We were in no capacity to wait for such a long time as we were dead tierd and hungry.So, we impromptu decided to go next doors to platinum. I must say that I was fully satisfied with my experience at the restaurant. The staff was very helpful, they understood our needs and gave proper suggestions when asked. The food was decent too.I would like to specially complement the staff for being customer centric. Having a great process of serving customers and have such a pleasant demeanor while managing everything.Excellent job! 10/10. 💯

Hotel rooms are good but food variety is less and the taste is also ok.Communication between the reception and the person is not that clear so if you are doing a late check out do ask confirm the time with them.

Rooms are clean, staff is co-operative. Parking is a problem as some new flyover construction going on infront of Hotel. During my stay WiFi connectivity was not available for couple of hrs.Hotel provides Airport pick up & drop facility. Adjoining there is very good restaurant ( Thakkar) for Gujarati cuisine.

The Platinum Hotel is located in one of the prime areas of Rajkot. The hotel is least bothered about the customer. In this pandemic situation , they are least bothered of cleanliness and hygiene. The rooms are ok but worst service especially related to food. The image of The Platinum Hotel has completed changed after visiting their Rajkot property. Highly disappointed !!!

I wont recommend this hotel for families. It has dark and gloomy ambience with rooms reeks of cigarettes. Towels provided have reached their end of life, missing glasses, cups. The worst of all was broken seal of water bottles. God know what are they filling in these bottles or they reusing the disposed bottles.Wont be coming back to this hotel again.

Very unprofessional behaviour towards guest , no cooperation and no management to take your issue

I had a short stay of 7-8 hrs during which I following bad experience1. Bed was very noisy and uncomfortable2. Heavy sliding door of toilet which got stuck half way making it very difficult for family members to use3. Had to keep the shower running for almost 30 minutes before getting hot water. Cant imagine how much water your hotel is wasting everyday due to inefficient heating system. Ironically you had a eco awareness message on wash basin requesting customer to not to put towels for wash to save planet earth. What a shame.4. Service was very slow too.

I stayed in this hotel from 03 Oct -04 Oct 20.Pros:1) The Hotel is well connected2) Rooms are spacious3) Request of late check out by 2 hours was accomodatedCons:1) The washroom didnt have any exhaust or air recirculation system and the washroom was very small when compared to size of the room.2) Waiters were not well trained and were not aware about the simple things like food menu.3) The Hotel had same food in lunch buffet as well as dinner buffet.4) Terms like Duty manager or supervisor doesnt exist in the dictionary of Hotel. So, no one was present to address the complaint. I was told that GM is present, but he didnt come to address the issue. I think, things like customer satisfaction doesnt matter for him/her.5) The Hotel is no where close to a 4-star hotel. It is equivalent to a higher 2 star Hotel.6) Also, please carry your marriage certificate ,when you visit the hotel. You need to show marriage certificate to them.

Overall experience was good. Staff was polite & helpful. Food was good. Hotel is maintaning requisite hygiene during this Corona period. The only issue we faced while checking out. Hotel staff given incorrect bill which we have asked to send through courier after required correction. Hotel staff agreed for that.

Went to this place since my guests wanted a la carte Gujarati food. Ended up taking the buffet, with some Gujarati and some punjabi dishes. The experience was ok. The food quality was decent, but not exceptional. The staff was cooperative. The cleanliness was also just ok. The washrooms were clean. Overall, no regrets, but nothing remarkable as well!

The room service is not satisfactory as per the charges. And also need to do good maintenance of all the rooms. I got stuck in the bathroom after shower and came to know that the slider door was stuck due to poor maintenance.

I believe this hotel is mostly booked by Corporate travellers or bachelors. We booked 5 rooms for our families and most of the rooms had stinking smell of smoking. For one room we had to switch room 3 times and later had to settle with room spray done in one. House keeping staff confirmed that very few families book rooms here. Quality of towels was not good and they were worn out. It was just ok stay.

The hotel is VERY good with good staff they are very friendly... we stayed here for one night...the rooms are of decent size but very very good i would say that this is the best hotel in the city...its a new hotel ... the room as all the facilities like a mini fridge, TV, Hot percolator, and toilet accessories... the food here is expensive but good....the buffet breakfast also has a vast variety...i would recommend this hotel for the stay they also gave complimentary airport drop facility and late check out....
