Very dumb salon I have ever visited. I personally recommend to not go there for hair cutting or any other services because staff is too mean and there is no any professional staff. Service of hair washing is very poor even they stretch my hairs and water come in my ears... and then the boy who heating my hair is so poor way.

Staff doesnt know how to speak in English.. Please keep well educated and trained staff.. Due to this I received wrong information on call.. Really disappointed with your services.. Please do upgrade it. Overall it is a good parlour..

I had bad experience as my hair were not as I thought it would be treated. I think they treat as per the bank balance of the customer. Please dont give entry to the customer whom you think they dont know anything about the treatment you give. Treating positively to the unaware customer will always show you the positive outlet to your business.

I took so many services from them full body waxing, manicure pedicure, facial, hair wash.No service was well done, the infrastructure of salon is great but beauticians are not.They couldnt do waxing also properly from roots. During Manicure the beautician poke the knife so hard it started bleeding so much on my thumb.The worst salon experience ever.

I have global hair color , they didnt wash it properly,1st time I am dissatisfied with work.eybrows sone so perfect.

It was truely bad ..i wanted a hair cut and spa for which i hav paid them but there was no such proper management in them ..they charged me full payment but service was miserable..they charged me of hair mask but didnt used it ..in hair spa their steamer machine wasnt working so they told me that u dont need it ..but charged full money ..in styling there were two barbers who were in so hurry to go home that the didnt even cared that it hurts the way the handling and pulling my hairs at the same time but from two different sides ! Also they show that its all sanitized and good but their mask is not upto the nose ! Its pathetic experience there !

I had keratin pack of 3000 for 4 seating.... 1st time result lasts for 3-4 months taking all care asked by the salone people....in 2nd seating results were not upto the mark as first one n it lasts only 1.5 month n after 3rd seating i only felt keratin for 3 days after second hair looks like more freezy.... So i m thinking is this all schemes are for real or what?? #personal_experience ... definitely love the salon but would never go for any such scheme again. #not_happy also when i went there for 1st wash the girl didnt even knew that she has to keep hair mask for 10 min ...i only told her #learning level girls staff....

I was in rajkot and I tried facial in 2017 it was great.. Now in 2020 again i tried facial but it was totally money wasted... The staff was not professional.. The girl who did my facial was a learner.. Totally disappointed... She put cream, mask everything on my eyelashes and on my hair lines too...Not going to visit them ever again.. Big name but learning level staff

If you are going for any kind of hair treatment then please do not trust them.They will offer you discount on several brands products. If u will choose a premium product for your hair treatment and make a payment for premium treatment after that they will use lower price of products and they will not show you the products at the time of hair processing. And one more point everyone will give different answer. Please do not trust their staff also. If you are thinking for permanent hair straightening after only two wash your hair will going to be bend again.Please do not trust them for hair treatment if you truly love your hair.
