I would like to share my experience with Ncrypted Technologies pvt ltd.I think Ncrypted doesnt have sufficient funds to pay my August 2021 salary.Ncrypted techonologies pvt ltd has kept me as an hourly based employee means company will pay if they have tasks. This situation go for the last 3+ months so finally gave them a resignation but now they are not paying my August 2021 month salary.Please check the attached screenshot of HR conversations on skype.Ncrypted technologies have deducted all employees 10%-20% of the salary of March 2020 & April 2020 and didnt pay back to anyone. I have attached an email screenshot in that HR gives a notification that they will pay salary cut deduction after May 2020 but till now not paid.Thank You all for your time.

This company is only use employee and grab money from clients, management are raising hand when employee need helpFor example, in pandemic having full work load with team and also worked in weekends also, though company deduct 10-20-25 % salary for 2 months as per salary slab from employee and said that we will revert it, but they are not giving that hard earn money to their ex employee as well as who had resignedfor save reputation Management remove comments of their employee from FB Page and hiding their real face from community.They are believing in old technologies, when we asked for new technology that time he realise that such a technologies are also available in market .Non-Technical Project manager, project lead are handling project and blame on developers when something went wrong.

5 stars for N number of reasons, here I tried to justify some of them.I was looking for the company which can help me to balance my personal and professional life, I found that @Ncrypted Technologies is an employee-friendly company, they allow the flexible timing facility for employees, which help me to complete my personal work, and I could do it any time.Every festival has lots of surprises, we celebrated every festival, traditional, western, and every festival we had parties, dinner, lunch, or breakfast.This company taught me a lot of things not only career related, but for every aspect of life. Plus team work, and always good response from CEO and CTO, HR and Management team, and many more positive things about this company.

Honestly, this was my first company I joined as developer. Had worked with other companies too. Now I am a project manager at NCrypted. The stages and the room for improvements I got has allowed this achievement.

When I first approached NCrypted for the fintech project , I Had an idea In mind, I knew what I wanted but I wasn’t entirely sure how to implement it. I needed a push to roll with it. Please beware of this company. There sales people have no technical background, and purposely, by the instruction of the CTO Purvi Pandya and CEO Kunal Pandya to make sure that there is as less of details in your contract, and promise them over and over that all the features, even if they were not written into the scope of work, will still be included, having email as correspondence proof, will not matter. NCrypted staff will deliver a product that was not what you had discussed, and then start charging you more than their regular prices on third party sites to fix the problems that they had created. Please beware - they are unethical and their legal department advises them not to speak to you if you write out honest reviews, will hold your incomplete software hostage and will never offer your money back. The CEO will insult and laugh at you. Not to mention threatened my family if I dont stop spreading the truth about them.

Not only did Karan say one thing and I got something else. They even took my niche and marketed it to their social media. Is that even ethical?

Very good IT company based in Rajkot. Highly recommend for all kind of talents.

I applied here for a job. They conducted 5 rounds of interview, wasted 20 days of mine saying this person is busy and so on. In the end their MD set up the final meeting, made me wait for 1 hour and then just took 5 minutes to say that we will call if confirmed, which was never received then. A complete insult of a candidate who spends time and efforts. You should be sound enough to give a feedback about why one is not selected or a call of not selecting. Arrogant approach.

This place is very good to work. I am.glad that i am employ of this company.
