I had good experiance. It has less rush as it is a bit inside and a kind of hidden. The femail representative is not that well trained or trys to slack off her work. Other all representative are good.

Arrive station is well maintained they have water cooler for the customers, the staff is also good behaving and there is less crowd compared to one in Cosmo complex. If your phone has warranty then they will relate it of no cost but if it is out of warranty than the service charge gets too pricy, but on other hand we also get the trust of the brand. Employes some times aslo suggest us if it is worth repeating the device or to just buy it new one

Make sure you know the timings.That is if you have any servicing to do make sure to reach before 5pm in the eveningAnd for all other purposes the store is open till 7 pm.Otheriwse staff is good and helpful.

The office boy there is not at all co-operative, he tries to be smart but it is said to be oversmart. Office boy and people there doesnt know how to talk to people. It is very embarassing if you have to face this in front of some people. I didnt got my mobile repaired there. May he they may took put original spare parts and install duplicate.
