The feel of the warm ambience is missing. Was running on one person like Jack of all. The friendly atmosphere wasnt seen

The outlet doesnt have all the items listed on the menu in stock. Actually they never have. They offer a handful of things to the customers. Also, I have issues with the hygiene in this place. It is brimming with flies and mosquitoes. A thorough cleaning of the place would be highly appreciated.

👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼Wrost ccd ever i visitedWhat I ordered was wrap and came very frozen and with plastic garbage I told them and they like if want to eat then eat else leave the place.The coffee was average and chocolate shake was like yuk worst then anything.

This branch of ccd know nothing about taste. Total waste of money. Simply blend coffee, milk and sugar with a spoon at home and you will get a better cold coffee than the frappe they offer.I tasted frappe, cold coffee mocha and hot chocolate. All i had in the last was regret. Hope they improve.

You can seat comfortably here for whole night with great coffees nd snacks.

I wrote an excellent review just a week back but today it was a pathetic experience. The staff is rude and behaved badly. There were some flies in the cafe. Thats a very big let down. They should keep an insect repellent in the cafe. And some sensible staff.

It was very bad service and this branch dont know about test of cold coffee. It serves without sugar frappe cold coffee. Only milk and coffee grind it and serve cold coffee. You made better cold coffee at home.

Worst of all the CCDs I have visited. None of the staffwere wearing masks. With coffee, when asked for sugar, they provided lose sugar. That didnt have CCD sugar pouches and they didnt even bother to inform that while ordering coffee. In all worst service.

Avoid this place, cafe coffee day should close this outlet or hire better baristas. This place is a huge splat on their brand image. Half of the things from the menu are unavailable. I ordered cafe frappe and they served something that tasted like horse piss.

The cafe was dirty. Looked abandoned from the front.

Worst service. Ive visited lots of ccd t vadodara and surat. But none of the service is this bad. He didnt add chocolate in mocha and when talked with staff he was so rude to accept his mistake. Local cafes are much better then ccd rajkot race course ones.Never coming back

Whole experience was good until the worker boy came to us and told us that will you sit another table it’s a 5 person table but no one came to that table and not so couple friendly.

Enjoyed being at CCD after a long time! This place has a good ambience, is centrally located, and alls generally good, except that now race course has a huge parking issue. That aside, it was a wonderful experience!

Food is super expensive but not worth it.ordered a single piece samosa for 38rs and it was too chewy and probably made in morning but still served at night.

CCD as always serves some of the good coffee and nice sitting arrangements for having casual or business meets.

M glad ccd is back on ring road!A great place to talk, spend time with friends or work on ur pc. Since its ring road so the ppl sitting can be loud and behave like uncivilized people but its Rajkot so cant help it.Most of the item in menu are available here and seating is very comfy. They have patio seating for smoker or any1 who prefers outdoor seating.The only issue is, indoor the mobile network is pretty weak. Internet can b fetched by wifi bt hard to use mobile data.For quite n civilized ambience fiona ccd is good bt d best thing here is location coz in in the city area.

Pathetic customer service. The barista made us wait for more than 10 mins just to take the order ! Imagine that. On asking can he take an order he is like pls wait for 2 more mins. Really sloppy service.

Coffee and food was good, but there were most of the things not available. Disappointed in that regard.

Visited many CCD but this CCD cafe was different there is loud music, not a proper interior and lots of infrastructure was pending and main there is only one toilet for both ladies and gentlemen
