Poor ac installation, and care less

The worst dealer I have ever seen for any purchase of an item. Bought a fridge from them and in few days the moisture started accumulating ,we lodged a complaint and technician arrived, we were not satisfied with their explanation as were not told tht 30% moisture gets accumulated. I called sundigital and its manager started misbehaving and yelling at top of his voice and uttering bad words to me as a customer. I would never ever suggest to buy anything from Sun Digital, moreover I have lodged a complaint with Samsung for misbehavior of that Samsung store. Hope they take necessary action.

Prices need to be reviewed and should be competitive..I bought a Washing machin for Rs. 23800 from aden electronics which was offered for 24500 last for same model. Though they offered me Samsung store points but cash discount is much better offer then the points offered i guess.Still thank you for your support and cooperation.
