As usually, have to praise all branches of Sheraton hotels. Pleasant stay with king bed (if you are member of SPG), solid breakfast (my highest priority) and generally good atmosphere, is a way how to really enjoy short sojourn in foreign country. To live at a hotel can be a big challenge.Glad that Jenya is there at the Four Points in Changchun, that she speaks fluently several languages including English and Chinese and that she has the sense of the western customers’ expectations as well as I can see a good knowledge of the Chinese customers’ expectations. She is always willing to help and to get feedback in order to improve the quality of the hotel service.Only by accepting the feedback any business can survive and progress. And this is the way for a new hotel and staff team to keep on improving their service.And it’s also so nice to come to breakfast and be welcomed and get a Coffee Expresso from Jason with his smile and professionalism, always attentive if customers need something . And get the “Good Morning Sir” from Chef How that already knows that I’ll be having two fried eggs “sunny side up” and speaks perfect English and is so friendly. And when arriving at the garage from work having the door opened and being helped when carrying some more things with me from the supermarket by the hotel security man Frank that is so professional and helpful.Thank you Jenya, Jason,Chef How, Frank and the other hotel workers at the Restaurant, Room Service, Laundry and Garage that also show interest in providing a good customer service.You’re doing the right things, don’t stop trying to learn and provide a good customer experience.I recommend Four Points by Sheraton in Changchun Hi-Tech area thanks to you, the Hotel Staff.

Very beautiful hotel, spacious, clean & comfortable room. Love the Powerful hair dryer especially come in handy in the winter -9deg c weather. The breakfast spread were very good too. Highly recommended.

We returned to the Fourpoints Changchun from a getaway to Russia and is relieved to find our upgraded suite waiting for us arranged by Seven. (Thanks dude). A hotels staff is one of the critical success factor in the hospitality business. One yardstick is by their attention to details. Waiter Xing Yuan Xu demonstrated that when my wife drank her personal tea from her thermal flask during breakfast. He has the intitiative to offer to top up the flask for her anticipating our request. Two thumbs up. The hotel was running full, apparently driven by events on our day of departure and the staff were all hands on deck. Despite this, they accommodated our request to extend our room slightly past our late checkout deadline. One knows that a hotel puts their guests first when the Front Desk Manager Herry jumped in to help out an overwhelmed concierge (yeah,it was one of those days), arranged for cabs and helped with luggages. Herry is a one-man Jilin Tourism Board, telling my wife that Changbaishan is lovely in July with the flowers in full bloom (and her asking me shall we go see that?) which probably means that we shall be returning to Jilin on my next business trip to China-Guangzhou. And yeah, well probably drop by the Fourpoints Changchun to meet some of the friends we made. Great job guys and thanks.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Julia, who managed my check-in procedure in an extremely professional manner. She briefed me the major facilities of the hotel while escorting me to the elevator. As a platinum member, I was upgraded to a standard suite, and 4 pm check-out request was fulfilled outright which perfectly suit my need for this trip. The food selection and service of breakfast was very satisfactory. The location of the hotel, on the 3rd South Ring, might not be ideal for all people; though for those who visit the Changchun Hi-Tech Zone, I believe this is the best hotel choice.

Checked into the Fourpoints Changchun on the 3rd and was impressed with the hardware. Being a new hotel, its got the latest mod-cons and feels shiny and new. Ive stayed in a good number of hotels worldwide and this Fourpoints is satisfactory.The software needs polish but what they lack in finesse, they make up for with earnestness. Manager Seven, Concierge Tony, Candy, Mia are very helpful and I feel that it is a question of time before they put this Fourpoints in Changchun on the map.Ill definitely be staying there again. In fact, I am checking in tomorrow!

I stayed in this hotel for a total of 60 days while working in Changchun. The hotel is nice and classy but when you stay this much in a foreign country, with such a different culture, not speaking their language, you need more than that. You don’t need stuff, you need people, and this hotel has it, an amazing staff that were able to make my stay in China much easier. I can’t remember the name of everyone, but I thank you all for that, and a special one for Ikea for all the attention and care she had with me.

作为CAT1的福朋喜来登,这家的硬件和服务都达到了我的期许,但价格确实比其他CAT1的福朋喜来登贵一些,套房的备品不是小瓶,而是挂在墙壁上挤压式的大份备品,让我有些廉价的感觉。中餐厅服务态度很好,但是正餐菜单上的很多菜我试了一下并不好吃,但是每个周末的茶点自助和每个工作日的午餐百元自助的菜品却十分的好吃。重点表扬前台的工作人员,赵毛毛和MIA,很贴心,还有一个我住过几次能叫上我名字的CC真的很棒,给我感觉很温暖,前台经理们也真的是很努力,服务竭尽全力了,特次表扬。但是还有待提高的地方很多,比如果Happy hour菜品和饮品不稳定(健怡可乐时有时无);白金会员送的水果忘记比例达到一半以上(忘记了我只能打电话或者去前台自己要),早餐的种类和菜品能不能换一换,吃恶心了(华夫饼每次都要叫厨师现做,且西餐面包台无人值班)等等,以后慢慢再提意见吧。

This was a return visit for myself and family. You are within walking distance to just about anything you could want to do. Convenient for access to public transport. Ive always been extremely happy with the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful at all times.

第一次差评!这个酒店管理存在系统性问题,住店3天共有以下状况发生:1,房间装修气味严重,但不能开窗。2,去了一次健身房,要求押房卡,等我健身结束服务员找很久没找到我的房卡,最后发现给其他房客了。此事发生时有一安保人员刚好在场,未做理睬和提供任何帮助。3,去了一次中餐厅,服务员对菜品不了解,解释说是过来帮忙的。我点了一个肉菜一个素菜一个汤,等了半小时肉菜都没上。问服务员说我没有点这个菜!4,我每晚需要用带把手的瓷杯冲药喝,第三晚临睡觉准备冲药时发现服务员收走了2个用过的杯子没有放新瓷杯!

本次是和家人一同出行,酒店离长春西站非常近,很快便可抵达酒店。酒店方为我的入住做了房型升级,并热情的介绍了酒店相关设施。孩子来的时候有点发烧,酒店工作人员得知后还送来了姜丝可乐,非常暖心。孩子的爷爷奶奶来看孩子后决定再开一间房间住下,酒店还提供了免费早饭。不仅体现了酒店方的关怀,也体现了东北人的好客和热情,使全家人都对本次入住十分满意。另外前台人员的接待明显是经过严格培训的,彬彬有礼的同时也把业务全部办理的十分顺畅,让人印象深刻,体现了酒店的管理水平。

A great hotel, but far away from everything. Inconvenient for foreign guests to get taxi, especially trying to get back to hotel without Chinese rude sharing service. On a raining day, took more than an hour to get a taxi back to hotel as ALL cabs only took order from Didi, which also offered higher fares. Going out, the hotel can get taxi for guests, so lesser an issue.

One of the worse hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The only good part is the service which was great but cleanliness is something to be desired of. Our bed cover blanket had a nasty yellow stain on it and it was on the inside part of the blanket so we couldn’t see it until the next morning when we flipped over the blanket, it was really disgusting. We took a pic and show to the manager in the front desk and they gave us an upgraded room. In the upgraded room, we found towel with a nasty yellow stain mark on it and it seems it wasn’t washed at all, so once again we complained to the manager and they brought us fresh fruits for our trouble. The bathroom also smells funny and had this weird smell. We didn’t want to move again as it’s such a hassle so we just decided to stay instead of changing room again. We can’t believe a Marriott Brand four stars hotel can be this dirty! We definitely will not stay in this hotel again so people beware!

I just tryied this Hotel instead of the normal Sheraton Hotel. As a platinum member you dont have all the benefits like in the Sheraton Hotels like own Lobby with a free dinner buffet. Also the Points are less than in a Sheraton Hotel. So I bought Food from the eatery and it was not worth for this money. You have a happy hour but there are only Snacks like 3 chicken wings on a plate.It means you cant eat this stuff every single day if you stay there for more than a week. This should be improve by the Hotel.Also the Internet is horrible. As an working foreigner I Need to have a good Internet connection over Skype or over some Apps. I could had a Skype call or over some apps. This is a must for such Kind of Hotel.In General this Hotel is a normal Standard one there are no benefits for SPG members in my opinion.

25层的裙楼,正门有一个扇形的露天免费停车场,还有一个和裙楼其他公司共用的免费地下一层停车库。前台还是很有礼貌的,开始分配14楼,换成17楼。整栋楼房间似乎都可以吸烟,烟感亮红灯但不会报警。和前台说需要烟灰缸,过了超过半小时才送来,房间小,墙板边缘有大量可见灰尘。泳池和健身在7楼,需要抵押房卡换手牌(差评)!更衣间有落地玻璃窗对着外面的马路及商用楼,不知是否是单面玻璃,否则你毫无隐私,泳池墙壁一排绿苔,我是晚上9点去的,没有救生员。整体打分3/5,只能说是一家比大众快捷酒店打扫干净些的酒店,基本不会想再入住。

Dear Madame and Sirs,I tried to stay in the four points instead of the normal Sheraton. Unfortunately the stay was not at the same standard and service what I got in the Sheraton. If you stay in a long period the Internet should work properly. I couldnt use Skype or even wechat or such kind of video call.There is no real dinner for platinum members like a food buffet. Only 5 dishes was available. If I stay there around 2 or 3 weeks I cant eat theser foods every single day. I also bought food from the carte but even this food was good. After breakfast I was asking for a box for to go but the employee there told me that I need a second room number...how logical is this? So I decided to change back to the sheraton and even my colleagues are not staying there.

酒店整体环境宽敞明亮,服务人员热情有礼,笑容真挚。事实上,我这次入住仅仅是为了万事达的一夜升金,但入住以后实在是令我感到万分满意。本来预订的标准大床升级为了豪华大床,虽然我不清楚这俩究竟有何区别,但是升级总归是让人惊喜的事情。餐饮方面,周五晚上赶上了海鲜自助,对于我这不怎么爱吃海鲜的人来说实在是有点痛苦。第二天的早餐倒是没啥问题,觉得还是很好吃的。住宿方面,很满意,床很软,很舒服,晚上躺上去既让我感觉到了支撑又没让我感到硬,枕头枕上去感觉适中,总的来说 相当舒适。尽管总体上很满意,但是依然有一些值得吐槽的地方。首先就是APP上预订不显示房价含不含早餐;其次就是热水来的相当慢,我还以为是热水坏了。

半年多了,每次来长春出差都住这家酒店,一进大堂就有工作人员发自内心的微笑,早餐,晚餐包括happy hour全方位一丝不苟的服务,真的让出差成了一件很开心的事情,一来到这里就有家的感觉,这种酒店真的硬件设施不重要,当然这家也很完美,但是更重要的是训练有素的员工和把客户当作家人的态度,离一汽轿车特别近,打车7块钱之内

+ new building, clean and in a good condition+ good conditions for SPG/Marriott premium members+ rooms are really nice, modern style+ big swimming pool+ the hotel management is really helpful- hotel is in the middle of nowhere, nearly no possibilities to buy something- laundry is extremely expensive- breakfast is for Chinese people, avoid the coffee, it tastes like poisonIts a good hotel if you work at FAW-VW, but I would not stay there for holiday ;-)

工作人员热情有礼,从入住到上楼全程引导。升级了豪华房,房间宽敞明亮,设施保养良好。入住水果里有猕猴桃,不过没有勺子刀之类的餐具,吃起来不方便,这点可能没考虑到客人的需求。不足之处在于淋浴的热水来得比较慢,放了一分多钟才有热水出来;空调出风声音有些大,还好现在的季节不需要开空调,关闭就可以了。

I used to stay this hotel quite often, but the sevice can called horrible in this three months. the sales didnt know the room availability and raise the rate casually. the front desk always promote the coupons first. the food is average and plates changed slowky after finished up. I will not go to this hotel again when i go to Changchun, there are so many other options out there.

再次入住这家酒店,这是长春行中最值得开心的事情,大堂赵钊经理每次都提前帮助预定,协助快速入住。有一次戒指落在游泳池的更衣间,即使大半夜游泳池工作人员都下班了,李经理花了一个小时帮我找回,当时真的是特别感动。这家酒店的工作人员待客如家人,从前台到酒廊的工作人员,再到门童,全都彬彬有礼,给客人以真诚的微笑,每次来长春必修的酒店!

已经很多次入住了,之前每次入住都会升级房型,包括积分兑换的入住;最近的这次入住也是积分兑换,不过作为cat1,只剩豪华房了,便收取3000积分,大床没能保证给的双床,想加钱升级套房说套房没有了,可是在官网明明看见可以预定套房的。这种情况下,即使单独赠送了欢迎水果,也不会让心情更好。

房间有给升级,这点很满意,特别是前台Mia小姐服务态度特别好,很贴心!但是作为一个刚开业两个月的酒店,房间设施却不尽人意。房间进门处的顶灯无法自动关闭,半夜十二点多只能打酒店电话现场维修。空调时而自动启动,噪声巨大。以上两个问题严重影响了睡眠。

这家酒店位置比较偏僻,周边没有配套设施,服务尚可,客服都能满足要求。但是晚上睡觉风刮窗户的声音太大,希望在密闭上有所改进。刮胡刀是打电话给送,证明不是标准配置。洗完澡水流到下水道声音较大。瑕不掩瑜,下次还会来住!
