The customer support isnt good at all. One thing I noticed was that they (the engineers) dont head the problem of the customer. Because when i bought my laptop from here (terrible mistake btw). It stopped working in a month and the engineers there didnt listen to the problem and diagnosed and apparently solved-(meaning formatted and gave it back) the issue with my laptop. But they didnt.

I am using Amitkumar Kotak’s services since long. In lock down, my laptop was having much amount of noise, so when I join the online meetings, a big amount of fan noise was coming out of it. When I came to know, it was really tough to give time to repairing same, because it was around a day’s time required to repair it. In this busy schedule, it was not possible to keep a laptop away. When Amitkumar knows about it, he told me surprisingly that he can do it within half a day and it was really awesome to see my laptop without any type of noise. And now I am enjoying my 121s as well as the meetings Amitbhai is always helpful. He has not just removed the irritating noise, but finished the two different task or repairing within half day only. It was surprise as well as relief given to me. So I would always suggest repairing as well purchasing of computers in a very reasonable price.
