Fraudulent and most unorganized Company to work for is Future Focus. I resigned from Future Focus on Nov 2020. Now, at the Financial year end, when I am reaching out to them for Form 16, none of the HR is responding to my mails nor they are reachable over phone. They dont even maintain any online portal for the same. Adding to it, when I checked my IT return on the tax portal, found that they have shown the IT return for only 4 months to the IT department, whereas I worked for 7 months to that organization. Such a fraudulent business people are carrying on the heart of the city.The only point of contact for all associates at Kolkata is Aminul. Now this person never ever picks up the phone when needed.jAn advice to all those who are planning to join these fraudsters, please check for other better options.

People please be aware of joining to contract to hire,reason is here i have been selected for java developer client TCS through future focus and after a final call from Hr i gave resign from organisation between this i completed my notice period and left. i was waiting for my joining date but they said as Senior hr is not available he went to client location out of country the reason we arent processing your profile for future joing so please wait for some days,.after some days again i called again they said bla bla bla same reason for not giving me joing date n finally after 2 month they were saying if u r so hurry of please go for some other interview. and i didnt got joing from there side.and last i had been suffered by there business plan.I might be not alone employee,so be careful before you go for contract to hire.

My Experience claim is pending since more than 7 month. I have already leave from the company and repeatedly send email to HR and Hr Manager but not getting reply. As after so many call they pic my call and not giving any justification for delay... Very very bad poor experience..
