Great software! Terrible support!The first time I bought a license with this company, I paid to have access to the software for 1 year, but after 2 months of use, I had to change my computer and the license didnt work anymore. I contacted support to ask for help, but they were apathetic and replied that the license only worked for 1 computer and that they could not help me. I had to resort to PayPal to resolve the issue.A few days ago, I went to renew this license, I paid the amount charged, but after 4 days they did not reactivate my license, they do not tell me when they will reactivate.I would never treat my client this way, I dont see how big a company can become by despising its customers this way.I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
