Service center is very bad now. It has been 5years for my bike before all staff members where cooperative and well attending.But now they dont knew the parts are available or not. Service is not proper if you dont handle them properly and ask them to do.

Had a great experiece here..all the staffs were realy friendly and helpful they made my bikes delivery very memorable.

Poorest service always late for more than 2hr and Delay washing Teflon or nonsense excuses everytime No electricity or Pump Failure or No man work....

Though aesthetics of showroom is too luring and sophisticated but unlike the showroom services part are to slow and not advance. Customers lounge is hardly visible and available for customers. Accessories shop is expensive. If you encounter some trouble or service issue ,whole company personal will jumble up and will hold you for ample hours.Be clever to handle situation. Happy riding!!

My friend works here, One of the best dealers in Chhattisgarh. You can always rely on their service, Its Royal Enfield after all. And yeah, thats me standing.

The service was good till you purchased the bike , from that point of time it all goes downhill , the shops personnel always make excuses and postponed the after work which is needed , theres always some ambiguity in conversation , my only preference for this shop was customer service , but it was all hyped up.(Ive taken delivery of my bike on 2nd of dec and today its 28of Dec and still no number plate was provided inspite of me messaging them for days as they told me that it only require 5 days for getting the no. Plate)Very disappointed.

I had some service quality issues during my last servicing experience and after a follow up my concern was taken care by Mr. Ankit, owner himself and I must agree that issue was resolved with best possible solution by replacing that particular damaged part.So a good job here and my only suggestion would be to be extra careful and attention to detail goes a long way.

Well, if you want to see the worst of royal enfield service ever do visit this showroom to get robbed and cheated upon. These people have no ethics or respect for their customers, it is people like these who tarnish the legacy of Royal Enfield bikes.If you want your bike to run well and you dont want to be robbed the service centre, do consider any of the other service centre in the city, just avoid this one at any and all cost.

Please do not visit the showroom its a waste of time. Employees donot greet the customers properly. Worst service quality wise. I was treated very badly by some executive who was looking like a kid his behaviour was very bad. I recommend not to go there and waste your time.

6th gear is located on NH6, outskirt of Raipur city. The propert is quite spacious unlike other Royal Enfield showrooms. There is a bike accessories shop in ground floor. Royal Enfield owners are quite happy with the showroom.
