The product quality is pathetic. Think think and rethink before you buy evok product. Rate is very high and the compared to price is very cheap. Before selling all good talks, after then no responsibility and responsiveness of their product...simply avoidable. Better purchase from local shop.

Experiencing a very poor after sales service. I have made a complaint for cabinet door soft close malfunction for more than 1.5 months now. Still got no resolution.Pathetic response. If you are planning a kitchen, i suggest to lookout somewhere else.

Bought Clara Wooden Glass Display cabinet on 17/08/2020. After much follow product got delivered on 08/09/2020. Had to pursue again to get it installed although the product came with installation service. On opening the package, contents were found damaged. Inspite of daily follow up , the damaged component has not been replaced yet or any action taken. The grievance email ids of service and business heads for escalation are just forshow!!! No reply or response from anybody even after mailing them continuously.The customer service is pretty much non existent!!! Thinking of taking the issue to consumer forum. Horrible company with horrible customer service and equally inept incompetent business head whoever that person is !
