Shop is good, most of the IFB products are available.Servicing, or demo, installing operator are not well educated or taught about the feature of the products....

One of the best Store manager i have even seen. simply and genuinely Talk and tell the true n too the point. whatever u buy or u will impress with person Mr. Praveen. I bought IFB getting Big then Lotus or Amit. Try to come i bet u never disappoint!! N for Washing IFB is still king then any brand.

Worst services from IFB, I called up the IFB customer care for the delivery of the cover of my washing machine and for checking my washing machine, they registered my complain and generated the service request number, but they do not care to come to my home and attained the service request.Even I had followed with the local engineer to attain the call, but he also do not come, they asked me to visit the shop.This happened twice, they even do not care to call back for the service , to check if the call has been properly attainded or not.This is not expected from a reputed company like IFB ??God knows how they are closing the service request....Be careful while purchasing any item of IFB, as later you will not receive any service from them.
