While I really appreciate the vast variety of great quality products available in the shop, I am extremely disappointed at the downright arrogant attitude of the owners.My requirement was merely 2 boxes of highlighter tiles, which I made abundantly clear at the beginning itself. Since they did not have the stock in the shop, they asked me to come at 3PM after they bring it from the warehouse. I paid the full amount and left. So far so good.When I came back at 3:30PM, they told me the tiles hasnt arrived. Which was also fine. What was not fine was the way the owner replied saying, Usually we wont even take the orders of such a small quantity. First off, you are not doing me any favor by taking orders. Secondly, I made it clear from the very beginning how much I need. If you couldnt deliver, you should have told me beforehand before accepting payment (that too in full). And last but not the least, have some politeness, especially when YOU are the one at fault and I am not being rude.You will lose valuable customers if this attitude of yours continues.

I am totally unsatisfied and tortured with dealer Naresh Traders, Raipur. Dont buy anything, they are cheater. They offer lowest price in the market and later on they cheat the customer. They dont have the manners to talk with the customer. They just tell the customer to remove the shoes outside their showroom. They are money oriented only. I have heard from many people that their credit in the market is lowest.If you are planning to buy or take any services like asian paints, Jaquar Items or anything, you have to be very cautious as you are going to face trouble. Just take the feedback from previous customers.In my opinion, they are worst in the market.
