Located at basement of city centre Mall. This store offers groceries, stationary, dairy products, beauty products and also has FBB collection. Its a typical big bazar outlet. The location is good as its in the heart of the city where one can buy budget products and groceries. Now the collection has improved from earlier state when most of the shelf were empty due to lack of supply. Now stocks are once again up to the mark.

All goods are available with affordable price, but they dont give any coupons except 1 L free oil with purchase goods above ₹ 3000.

The Health Drink Advisor in a food section have a very well knowledge of products and have a very good communication skills and explains very well about benefits of health supplements.

Good place..But totally outdated...old stuffs in fashion..not much staff...Not like it was before 3-4 years..Just because of the competitors.Bigbazaar was known for the discounted rates.Now Reliance trends, central , D-mart offering best prices...

Really Worst place to shop, first they didn’t deliver one of the item and when I called the delivery guy to check if the item is still with him he ignored and thn never really picked up my calls. So did the staff at the Big bazar. There’s no way to complaint or to talk to customer care. I mean what is this? such poor service. So technically, neither I’m not gonna get the product nor the refund. Wow

Ordered veggies online and order went to this store, all veggies were rotten. Could not check at time of delivery, realised later that the veggies are not in good state. Not able to connect big bazaar how to complaint about this.

Not a good experience this time.I went there to buy sweets and a cap. But no luck in finding sweets, the store was full of empty racks, no food items. I think they are closing this store.Although I did manage to buy a cap for 399 which I feel is a good deal as I was unable to get caps in central and wildcraft as well.Overall I feel they are closing.

Quite a nice place to get day to day stuff. The only con is the trial rooms in the clothing section are closed all the time.

The shop stands located in a very prominent location of the city, on the premises of , Vidhansabha Main Road.You can find everything from grocery to shoes, bags, clothes. Big Bazaar have many branches in all over cities, States, country. Clothes are not that good ( Not branded) but yeah quality is quite good. They have clothes for everyone from kids to adults. The shop is so well maintained in terms of cleanness and if you get bored during shopping no worries they will entertain you by songs, you can find speakers all around along with CCTV camera. You can pay the bill in case or card you will get extra discount if you have fbb card* (Terms and conditions applied). Staffs are very helpful.

Less crowded place comparing to other supermart counterparts, a goto place in COVID times.All range of basic supplies except vegetables are at discounted price.Good Collection of Apparels.Cleanliness: A Well Maintained and Clean, keeping COVID guidelines in check.Staff behaviour: Staff are not much bothersome while selection but at distance to call for help.Payment Counters: Less open counters to clear the people at checkout, making for people to wait longer than usual.

For groceries, its a good store. But, for clothes shopping I dont recommend it because this store doesnt have new releases !

Great ambience and all products with affordable prices.

They gave us 100rs on future pay but there is no condition mention on the deposit and they are saying that it will be redeemed only on shopping of 300 they are making people fool. Thats why I rated 1 star.

The Big Bazaar at City Centre Mall is a popular place for shopping for groceries and clothing. Mainly people get a good deal for traveling bags, clothes and bulk food items. It is better to get their card or sign up it as they give cashbacks. Make sure you ask about it before you get into the payment counter line. Because the lines are usually huge and it takes much of your time at the billing counter. Be prepared for a time-consuming shopping because making it out of the shop is an achievement.

Good supermarket housed inside city center mall. It is located in the ground floor. All household items can be found here like any other big bazaar outlet. Footwear, clothing line, groceries, electronics, cutlery you name it. Discount offers are more or less available throughout the year. Value for money outlet. Only drawback is that sometimes there are too many hands to help, especially in the luggage section.

Though they challenge that their prices are quite low but in my opinion and personal comparison other mart provide quite high margin in every product as compared to big bazaar.In electronics they only rely on their own brands.Even the exchange offers like sold out garbage paper cloths utensils have a loop hole i.e u get coupon of rs 100.00. To exchange that u have to shopped for rs 500.00. and lot more in different section.Waiting time too high in billing desk almost 30-40mins where as in other mart like dmart its hardly 15-20 min in peak rush hour.

During the lockdown period I ordered the grocery items while it said it will deliver the next day and today is the third day still havent received my order nor received any update regarding the same. Moreover no one responses to my phone calls/complaint/queries. I have paid the full amount online and not received anything yet. Looks like I have been cheated by Big Bazaar.
