Pros- Parking facility, Guards all time, Electricity and water facilities, spacious, walking distance from college, lift facility.Cons- Drinking water quality, Mess food, Network problem, cleanliness and maintenance of washrooms, not enough rooms as per number of students.

It is NIT Raipurs boys hostel,having capacity of 800 students.Rooms are sufficient large and there is balcony for each room.In mess,fast WiFi is available.There is small temple beside hostel H.One most important thing that it has small garden which has lots of roses and plants!

Less mess fee around 30k (including refund i mean 😅) when comparing to other clgs rather than staying outside it is much preferable to find a seat in hostel

Its a good experience staying at Sirpur Hostel, NITRaipur, as a guest for almost a week. Though the toilets have to be well maintained....rest is fyn..there is also a small shrine of lord Ganesha in it

The hostel rooms are good and spacious.2 messes are there for the students livinig here. food is not good in the mess. the big problem here is mosquitoes😥.

Everything about the place is amazing. Lifts are available, two messes and a proposed gym. 2 garden and a badminton ground, adds to the dynamic character of the place.

Hostel can accommodate upto 800 people. Students of 2nd, 3rd, 4th year reside here on merit basis.

Excellent facilities and 24 hours security guard available and rooms is fantastic

Wifi service is also present in mess.......Lifts usually work...... Power remains for 24×7×365....... Overall a great experience.......

One of the NIT among NITs in India, Compared to other NITs infrastructure of NIT Raipur infrastructure is very poor and there are very less number of Departments (specialisation) available compared to other NITs. Institute doesnt provide shelter to all the students like NIT Rourkela does.There are lot of Loop Holes attached to this.I personally dont recommend this Institute to anyone.

Rooms are spacious and the furnitures are in good condition, it has 2 big mess halls with a capacity of nearly handling more than 150 students simultaneously.You can access the internet facility in the mess hall via Wi-Fi.It has a badminton court inside the hostel building and a temple and a garden is situated nearby.Every room has balcony and 3 students are accommodated in each room .Students are provided hostel on the basis of merit.Overall a nice experience.

Spacious rooms but a lot of improvisation can be done on food by the mess committee and washrooms can be maintained way better.

Biggest hostel of nit raipur with 800-1000 person capacity. There are 3 blocks in the hostel for 2nd, 3rd and 4th year engineering students. Two mess hall one in ground floor and 2nd one in 1st floor. Every room has 3 person capacity. Every floor has bathrooms toilets at the corners. Building has lift for its 5 floors. Small garden in front of hostel with a temple of ganesh ji.
