I had taken Personal loan of 1 lacs from Bajaj finserv.Bajaj agent said that they will charge around 5000 for Processing Fees,Gst & Insurance Etc.When loan amount credited in my account they already charged me around 8000 for Processing fees & all thatI called agent name Shubham tiwari from raipur raja talab branchBut he is not picking my phone& not replying to my message.He is my loan agenthe said they will adjust in loan amount.This guy never told me about this before.But nothing happened.They charged me 35% annual interest rate.only 92257Rs is credited in my account.I asked for hidden charges from last 1 week before taking loan but he never told me about this chargesBig fraud & cheater companyReally got shocked
Probably it is a big company without any complaints in their hand.Because they dont have any platform to register complaints and if exists they dont provide option for complaints.
05-04-21 monday I came to the office as Saturday it was half day of the finserv , we had purchased air-conditioner on 2018 and they said it is 0% intrest take it so we did and then as per there wish they make phone calls from tele calling department and say make a premium and pay abit more and enhance the warnty of your products we did and its been 3 years now no service has been provided by bajaj which they promised us on call . Then we went to the place from where we purchased the AC they said have you got the document of premium we said no then we realiseThat the bajaj finserv is not full filling there promise and terms the amount is deducted on time But commitment not .They gave us wrong document on brach , not attend us well , made us wait , gave us same document again and again and then also They gave me the document which was given on Monday for them they dont have details of the previous years transaction they are as slow as government officer and there work completely unsatisfied with the term and service of bajaj finserv they said 0% premium no they make hidden charges and steal you dont take loan from bajaj

I had finance a mobile, some banking technical issue reason my EMI bounce every month and I had already paid to cash and also deducted in my account bounce charge. Now my finished all emi but every month Im received a msg from Bajaj 1. ( Hi! Installment dishonour charges of Rs 500 are still outstanding in your LAN 437DPF96508807 & will be presented in next 1-2 working days. BFL) 2. ( Hi! Instalment dishonour charges of Rs. 350 are still outstanding in your LAN 437DPF96508807 & will be presented in next 1-3 business days. BFL)I had already paid to bank near about 7000/- penalty and also paid to bajaj every month.Im to frustrated seriously

The customer care no in picture is fraud number they are not from bajaj finance but they will say we are from bajaj finance and will ask you to give bank details and download anydesk software in your mobile dont give bank details and dont call them

Very bad customer relations if you want to ask something for pre approved loan (existing customer) first of all they don’t have any customer care executive to talk. You have to go with procedures which will take 10-15mins to reach and after that customer care executive will say we cannot provide you details about loan please go to branch.2nd in branch they don’t have any staff which will answer your query for any such things you have to take token and Stand in que of cashier counter atleast for 1:30-2 hours than you can ask for your pre existing loan.If you want loan than they have staff for you but if you already taken loan than they will not bother for you.Very worst situation.

If you want to buy Product in 0% interest EMI Than go with bajaj Finance.And Also other options are available in market in 0% Interest Like Home Credit, Hdb Finance, ICICI etc. Find best where processing fee is minimal.Option are so much in this time.
Fully fraud they are and they are forcing me to pay insured money they dont have documents as proof and also they are scaring me that they will take legal action they had come to my house and sat for 3 hrs they are not giving in written anything.
