I was in search of an company who could provide trascript services in affordable rates, the biggest challenge what I had is, I required 2 transcripts from two different universities, out of which one was located in North-East, due to the same a couple of other companies I enquired told that they dont serve that region. The transcripts were delayed due to the ongoing lockdown in India, but they have posted the transcripts to me on 24th May. Now they have unilaterally without consulting me reduced the number of transcripts from 2 to 1 without giving me any refund.
