I am visiting this place for last 5-6 years. I experience here in the areas of service, quality and commitment is in good books.This showroom falls next to the AUDI showroom on the left side on the national highway.They have maintained a good entrance, service area, waiting lounge, and the restroom. Staff were very cooperative except one of the support staff whos behavior was a bit rough with the customers sitting in the lounge area. But, that cant be the reason to put down the entire experience.Altogether, my experience here went quite well. Ill give them Four out of Five.

Worst experience.. Staff is totally non cooperative.Firstly they keep bugging me with their telecallers for service appointment,then on the day of service 100s of changes in time as per them, then in the evening while delivery the executive called and said car is done but we cant deliver as no driver is there.Its normal practise followed but Today when I said I will come and collect they just disconnected the call.I found it fishy so went to the service station to find my car standing outside their premises.on inquiring there was no reply from their end.How was the gate pass given if my car was not getting delivered today?Shivnath Hyundai is not responsible for the security of my car? And the person handling car was not letting me meet with any senior person,even when I asked for feedback form he did not give.on insisting he gave the form I mentioned it there also,still He said even after cooperating so much you are giving bad rating.I will never ever visit Shivnath Hyundai Tellibandha,and reporting this incident to Hyundai as well.

Since I own my Hyundai vehicle from this showroom, I will be rating it good. The service is really good here and the companies service is also good. It is now newly renovated and looks good. It has good number of vehicles available always. One can buy the desired vehicle as per requirement. The staff members were humble and good. Location is good and easily visible. It also comes with different festival offers. Overall good showroom to buy Hyundai cars.

Beware : Almost all the 5 star rating given to this showroom are spam, you can check them personally as they have rated once in lifetime :p. I had booked elite i20 Sports and paid booking charges of Rs 10000/- due to financial problem I cancelled my booking but I was refunded only 7000/-. They have deducted 3000 without having any agreement. It may be your policy to deduct 3000 as a cancellation charge but the terms and conditions must be told and signed before having booking.You people have not even taken signature in terms and conditions where 3000 deduction is mentioned. I have also booked Baleno and they refunded full amount. Lady who was handling my deal was not in position to explain why they had deducted this amount. At the time of booking they are all good in talking but once I cancelled the booking the response was very bad,they talk in irritating tone.they may handle in same way once they sold the car.

Bad experience.Was looking for a car in 20-25L range and drilled down my search to Hyundai Tucson.The sales rep of Hyundai informed that car is available but without test drive!! And insisted that tucson is such a good car that we would not want to have a test drive!!How on earth this is expectable!!!Following my escalations i was promised a TD within a weeks time as owner was using the td vehicle but since then i am waiting for a test drive!!Wont buy this car now!!!
