Excellent stay... Tastey food and well organised and polite staffs.

It was the worst experience, I checked in around 8 pm and a party was going on whose noise was clearly audible in the reception. I inquired how long will this be on and whether these drum bits will reach the room? The reception confirmed this party will till 10pm. I accepted since I had to prepare my self for the next day meetings and did not go into complication since I had already paid . The noise was reaching till my bed room, at 10:30 I was forced to call the reception to reduce the noise. Nothing happened, 10:45 O called again requested they said this will stop within 15minutes. Nothing happened I tried to call you the reception again at 11:15 now the stopped picking up phone. at 11:30 I went down at the reception and enquired about this situation. The property owner misbehaved and said this will go on and if you wish you can go to any other hotel. You can well imagine that with my luggage and when I have let off my cab and during this time of the year when there is restrictions due to covid it is difficult to hope from hotel to hotels. I could do nothing tried to reach without much help. They stopped the music by 12;00. Very bad experience, thus I am not booking in advance. Now I am checking the property then doing the booking. This happened on 10.7.21. I had a long tour in Chhattisgarh till 15th but not booked a single by app. Yes I am checked the price and availability but booked it after checking.

Rooms are neat and tidy. You will love their room service especially ask for Bhanu Pratap bell boy. Very prompt and quick.

Ambience is good service is also good not relish but at the heart of the city you are staying from where all important places are nearby..

Right from entry to location to CLEANINESS. Everything was atpar with 3star hotel.. Very well trained staff. Neat n clean linens and bathroom. Located at the center of raipur. Social distancing was maintained. Places was properly sanitised.

It is a okay place to eat. Not too expensive not too cheap. But they offer flat food. You might not expect much in terms of taste.I ordered soup which was very very flat in taste. Then it was Chinese bhel which had toooo much tomato ketchup. Then came paneer Tikka that too flat in taste and then came main course which was also very flat in taste. It is good if you are just looking for a place to eat with elders who dont like masala and spicy food. But you wont like the food that much. Also I asked waiter 10mins before the main course to reduce the number of rotis but for some lame reason he said he cant reduce it as they have made an entry in the system.Overall I would say you can visit them but you cant expect much. But I would suggest you go to some better place which is near by like Girnar or maharaja food factory or many restaurants in station road and GE road.Quality -4/5Taste - 2/5Quantity- 4/5Ambiance- 3/5

This was my first stay at hotel. As a frequent traveller , i am not happy at all with hotel services. room was ok and cleaned. i have to ask reception for tea coffee maker. they provided me tea coffee maker. i have checked refrigerator for juice items one of the juice seal was broken i asked them to replace it many times but no one took it seriously. it goes to poor room service quality.and now i talk about breakfast, there was very limited items in breakfast. i asked them for aloo Paratha, they told me it is chargeable.food taste was also not good.i will not recommend this hotel at this price. you will get more better options for at this price.poor experience with the hotel services .

It was better earlier. I usually have stayed here while on tour since last 8-9 years, but finding it average in cleanliness, food quality, house keeping, No Sony or zee channels, Fridge not working - Zero cooling, & most importantly approach of hotel staff is very bad if you try to register the issue. I would be finding some other good hotel on my next visit to Raipur.

Actually I visited the restaurant here. i.e being vegetarian. N its really nice n beautiful n peacefull the food is tasty too service was satisfying enough price was average... In short you should definitely visit it. 👌

The Service is very nice. Food quality is great. They also have a nice reataurant. Easily accessible from Airport and Railway station as well. Rooms are Nice and comfy. The mini bar has very nice snacks Easy Access. Live location. Classy food and room service. Cose to Airport and Railway station.

Their first priority is restaurant ... Except one guy in restaurant and a girl in reception others are rude and disrespectful... From dental kit to hot water everything 100 times we should call and argue with them... Rooms are not maintained properly... Like blood stained blankets etc...My request to the guest is that please ask for water bottle but the charges is 42/- per bottle...Dont ask for finger bowl or hot water because what u will get is that the used water and utensils...I wish that food safety or water government officials should have a surprise visit....

Not upto 3star hotel. Service was bad. Food was not available. Rooms were not cleaned daily as we stayed for 3 days. Complete hotel was stinking as there was some dead rat. Not at all happy with the stay.

Situated at the centre of city which serves great food in peaceful ambiance.Food is is served in clean and hygienic manner.Goan finger and Dal Makhani are one of the best items among the other availabile options.This is an ideal place for gathering upto 10-15 persons.

My overall experience is not good, firstly room is not clean, secondly the food is very bad their and room service too. Also, at my arrival they said, pick and drop facility is available from hotel but when i am checking out they said no for dropping me to airport. Their printer is also not working, they didnt gave me billls byt since i am in hurry, i have to leave without getting bill.i asked for a change of Rs. 100 at reception, they strictly said no, without checking their cash, that very rude. Food charges were too high and their lunch meal was very bad.

It is a good hotel for stay and also good breakfast.somewhat lacking in service but its okthey should improve on by giving complementary one water bottle, shoe cleaner, etc which is very small but it will make more valuable to increase the rating.

Friendly staff accompanied by appetizing cuisines. The ambience of the place is cozy and pleasant. Has a small ballroom on the first floor that doubles up as a place for hosting small events with a gathering of about 50 people.The parking is a bit of an issue but the security guards and the valet take care of it. The staff was polite and courteous. Food is satisfactory. The lift is small and can accommodate 6 people without any luggage. The interiors at the reception are aesthetic. There is a cafe/restaurant right adjacent to the reception and its ambiance is worth noticing.

Good budget hotel in Raipur near to the railway station although construction work going on the main road causes some inconvenience. Hotel is clean with cozy rooms. The TV unit is small however considering the size of room i stayed in which was not very big but big enough. In house restaurant offers good food however it seemed a bit pricy to me considering the hotel. however special mention of the restaurant staff who were so very courteous and graceful, especially the girls working there. I personally liked my experience in the restaurant more than the hotel stay but still for a budget hotel it was above my expectation.

Stay was mediocre but the food was horrible. Chef doesnt have any clue how to prepare a dish. Ordered a stir fried vegetables and the chef prepared a bowl of thick soup with raw vegetables in it. Very limited breakfast options and hygiene freaks please stay away from this property. No internet inspite of my complain during this 3 days stay.
