Very bad management..my father passed away in these hospital... staffs are very unskilled and rudely behave.doctor had no idea about patients treatment they only talk for payement...totally loot in these hospital.medicine price also higher than other normal medicals in Raipur..almost 50-60% higher.only money matter in these hospital.. dont go these hospital... patients come with their own foot but go in stracture to god...

Poor Facilities,Staff are mannerless and management is also too bad.Doctor even not come to check patient on time and also the nursing staff is not cooperative .....Plz change ur nursing staff as soon as possible .They used to not treat patient properly.Please take the purpose seriously.

Please dont go to this hospital ..doctors are irresponsible..you come with one problem then they will make another problem ..doctors used to said that improvement is going on, everything is ok so that u want to stay more days in hospital ..doctors dont give clear answers if ask clear answer then they will abuse u..one doctor told me that u dont ask me any question if something critical happened to your patient then only u will be informed. I lost my father due to that Dr. Ashish Mittal good for nothing doctor might be just a general physician who cannot handle Covid cases. My father was admitted to covid ICU without even doing RT-PCR or Rapid test. They did perform CT scan for 40mins which last only 10-15mins in any diagnosis centre in cities like Hyderabad and didnt even provide the CORAD score even after 2 days of CT scan. If you are sick please try to go to some other city and get treatment of covid this hospital is useless. They do not have sense of how to talk to patient or their relatives also.

This is the worst hospital.infection of a covid patient care increase after going to this hospital and doctor is not giving reply to the patient and at last he replied he couldnt do anything.

Gives unnecessary high dosages, which even other doctors were shocked to know.Also calls for unnecessary regular opds and I u miss it then will force you to undergo some tests.If greed had a face, it would be Mittals face.

This hospital is decent but what makes mittal hospital bad is his staff. They pick their nursing staff who doesnt know anything and even never touch syringe in their life and these staff doesnt have any professionalism, they even talk in icu room and doesnt understand the concept of icu.

Doctor has no time to check patients timely. Very delay in giving reports. Instead of timely treatment they take almost 1 week also admit patients for more than required days of treatment. (My mom had gone for checkup and doctor admit for 1 week and didnt give report on time )

Without even seeing the patient and Just by seeing the test reports dr. Ashish Mittal gave medicines. Now you can imagine how dumb this doctor is and they only want money. No proper treatment and timing. Not even wirth 1 star.

Worst Hospital! I wish there could be option for giving negative rating. This hospital runs business/scam behind treating people. First they will ask you to deposit a huge sum of your hard earned money and trust me their is no facility , no govt. norms are followed, no doctor available, no power backup, patients are kept without basic medication and while you fight with them to discharge , they will give you a vast list of items for which they will charge you insanely and you have to pay because at the end of the day its your dear one who matters. Never consider this hospital.

One of the wrost hospital..

Unskilled doctor and money absorption strategy. As suggested by doctor we admitted my motherhere for 1week but no result even after suggested period (1 week). After that we decided to discharge my mother from here and take to another doctor. Here also they are arguing us and transferring our report file from one desk to another & wasted complete day. At night approx 10 pm they gave report file after too much of scoldings.Then we took my mother to another doctor and next day we saw the better result.Suggestion for unskilled doctor and illiterate staff is - if you cant cure the patient then just dont admit them and dont waste others money. Other skilled doctors are available to hide your unskillness.

Dr. Mittal is a reputed name in Neurology area.The only thing is checkup process took some time .So please be cool.

Doctor kept my grandmother for 10 days and daily we saw there was no progress but her condition was worsening and finally when we asked strictly why there is no improvement we want to discharge and all then doctor said that i have no treatment for her condition(sore throat which later by his medication went up to throat infection)... If you dont have a treatment for her condition then why have you kept her there and not letting her discharged... Every day this doctor gave 6 antibiotics injections to her... Whi gives such high doses for 10 days straight?? Doctor dont have time for patients who are admitted... No fix timing also when he comes for routine round... How shall we plan who to stay with the patient??

Nurse services are good, but Doctors have no time to the patients. There are bad relationship of doctors with patients. Patients are not satisfied from doctors.

Pretty bad in healthcare for stroke patients, n those with paralysis. The nursing staff doesnt provide even the most basic hygiene related facilities to patients. As for the doctors, they dont bother to share any necessary info with the primary caregivers...like the problem, the course of treatments, timeline, etc. It creates uncertainties n significant logistics issues for the primary caregivers. They managed to keep the stroke patient - a relative of ours - admitted for 15 days+ without any other medical complications, resulting in a huge hospital bill for us. The facility is unnecessarily expensive. Not recommended for in-patients, until the doctors n nurses significantly improve healthcare here.

Listening skills of doctor is very poor. No Management skills by nurse. nurses are not educated. Junior doctor not clearify how the madicin are taken.

Ward is attached to the toilet so that the patient may be infected, please separate it from the ward and make women and men sign on it so that they understand.
