Took My mother today for a bad tooth extraction to the new unit. As I entered the gate there stood a person in full personal protective equipment who greeted us helped us with hand sanitation checked our temperature with a thermal gun. Then we were provided with a mask cap and shoe cover. Once we entered the facility the patients who were already visiting were following all the self protective procedures and proper social distancing. The new facility is designed in such a way that there is almost no chances of cross infection.All the doctors here practiced and complied with the COVID 19 protective guidelines.The procedure was smooth and painless.I congratulate Dr Vyas for the new State of the art Facility and also applaude for the fine services provided keeping in mind the safety of patient as well as doctors and technicians.As a Nurse by profession I was totally satisfied with the services.

Over priced for the level of maintenance and cleanliness. Suction tube was used almost brutally without a cover. Unnecessary procedure is persisted by the junior doctor, with a condescending laugh, offering me to go somewhere else, and thenagreeing to perform only the required procedure when I got up to leave .
