I booked the appointment on Whatsapp. The doctor is very responsive. Had a great experience in this aspect.Explains the condition really well. My molars were decaying. He explained the alternatives I had. I went ahead with getting the two of them removed in the same day. Its a relatively long procedure but he treated in clean and matured way.

I was running short of time as I had only few days in Raipur & I had a borderline case between filling & root canal. I had earlier visited the clinic of Dr Krishna Vyas where I had to spent 2 hours just for diagnosis. The cost told to me looked exorbitant & it felt like the doc was in a hurry.I found the clinic through Google search & I whatsapped on the phone number. Surprisingly Dr Pranav himself responded to my queries at 11 PM in the night. I took appointment for next day & reached the clinic. Dr Pranav patiently found a middle path as I was open to experimentation. I liked the fact that the doctor was open to think & not just in a hurry to suggest the most expensive solution. Dr Pranav also transparently told me about the cost for the next steps. He also suggested the filling path & did not insist on root canal. He put temporary filling just to be sure that permanent filling dont end up creating any problem leading to waste of time & money. I visited him after 2 days for permanent filling which he did very patiently & thoroughly.I found his charges cheaper compared to the time he spent making sure things are done right. It is hard to find people with such work ethic & perfectionism. Best wishes to the team at 32 Pearls Dental. Wish that you guys become the biggest dental clinic of Raipur.

The staff were very nice and helpful especially Dr. Shweta, we did the treatment in two visits, in both of them we had the same experience. The clinic ambience is great and it is neat and clean.
