Location is not correct false location

They have 4 number and none work, they lie about delivery. worst .gov Post office are more professional than them.

The worst service you can ever get from a currier service!just dont even trythank god my precious electronics were okay!but they got wet and pretty messed up :(

No Contact Number Available,My package has reached Raipur on 12th Oct from mumbai, but its 15th Oct and no response, No Emails, No text about the delay, it was scheduled on 13th Oct.Package travelled 1000km in one day, not reaching my place which is 35km from Raipur.Worst Service I ever had.

One of the worst courier we have come across. First of all no one picks up the call and if by chance it get answered these lazy people will say we have so much of load of work as if they are only working people in the whole world. They dont want to work and just want to get paid with out any work. Its better to opt for Indian Post service rather then their service. Our consignment is with them for last 4 days and still not yet delivered. Would never recommend any one to opt for this courier service at least in Raipur.

I Have Read Here Many Bad Reviews of Customers and i Just Wanted to Tell Everyone that i am Using Fedex. They are the Best and BTW Only One Airport is in Chhattisgarh Which is in Raipur City so Parcel easily Reaches Raipur From Delhi, Kolkata, Banglore, Chennai, Mumbai to Raipur Within 1 Day Because of the Airport Availability. its Commonsense that Fedex will Take at least 1 to 3 Days to Deliver Your Products to other Cities Which are Located in Chhattisgarh.

Wrost service by raipur branch.They expect that customer should come himself to office and pick the shipment.My shipment was recieved by raipur branch on 9th dec. but it has not been delivered till todate (12th nov.). and they are furnishing wrong information on tracking site.Even their customer service is very poor. I contacted twice to customer service but my problem was not resolved.Unreliable courier service by a reputed co.B G SHARMA
