CG E pass app made by them is poor.- Poor UX- Supports only one language- Not intuitive- Once the registration is made for Inter state travel, no acknowledgement, or tracking Id, no Email notification and the user is blank on what to do if the airport authority asks for the E pass.- App crash in one of the version. No option to enter the OTP manually if the other mobile is used as a workaround to the bug in the app.- No helpline numbers if the user has any doubts.Playstore for CG E pass made by them has majority 1 star rating but no one still bothers to improve the app or provide helpline number. Even UP govt. has better portal for E pass. Worst app ever.
