The best place for THE best hot chocolate in London.

Not good experience. No one was even attending the customer for 5-10 mins after we went inside the shop. We went to try hot chocolate. But unfortunately hot chocolate was not available.

Simply the best chocolate shop in the city. Theres a very nice Easter selection at the moment. The caramels are such a delight, not too chewy and just sugary enough. Employees are ever helpful. A lovely neighborhood to walk around in afterwards.

We took the Bean to Bar class, it was amazing. Andrew and Neus were amazing facilitators and made sure that everyone in the class was fully immersed in the chocolate experience. I think the experience was enhanced by their ability facilitate discussions and passion around chocolate. After taking this class I have learned a lot and even being American our chocolate is significantly inferior to that which is provided in the UK and 10x inferior to that which is sold at Melt. Above all it was the intimate and personal setting of this class that made it an amazing experience.This bean to bar class was the highlight of our anniversary trip to London. And we cannot recommend this enough. There were other people there who were from the UK and they fully enjoyed themselves as well.

Almost every month I try to find some nice chocolate shop and after reading a review on timeout, I decided to give it a try to Melt. Couldnt be happier! They have an amazing selection of chocolates and everything is tasty!! Definitely one of my favourite stops to by chocolates.

Service was excellent and everything was beautifully packaged for the gift that I ordered. Shoutout to Layla for all her help!

Ordered a product for Easter which was advertised within a newspaper as being available to order online. I managed to find one in stock and opted for a next day delivery option, which despite the current situation going on I believed that by the company offering this faster delivery option it would be ensured that the product would arrive in time.The product eventually did arrive a week and a half after ordering it (some days after Easter) therefore rendering itself of no use. Followed up with the company via their online contact option outlining my concerns to no avail.Would not recommend.

Smooth taste and handmade what more to say

Went to the bon bon making course with my husband last week and really enjoyed. The course lead was very knowledgable and too the point. The bon bons we made were very tasty and there were also some nice touches such as a hot chocolate on arrival and some chocolate to try along the way.Only criticisms would be: it would be nice to be able to make the bon bon shells ourselves and have a choice of flavour for the fillings.Thanks for a lovely evening out :)

I took a class in tasting, creating chocolate, and learning the history of creating chocolate. I was Incredibly pleased with the whole experience and would do it again if I could. All the chocolate was exquisite and the hot chocolate was the best I’ve ever tasted. Delicious!

Heard about this online and we came to visit. Wanted to sit down to have a cup of tea (we were tired) but was informed that the section was closed as they were having chocolate classes. Nevertheless, we did purchase some chocolates which were rich but not overpoweringly sweet. You can taste the actual sea salt flakes in the sea salt chocolate, my favourite!

Products all look and smell amazing.Bought as gifts and packaging is excellent too.Very reasonably priced and fast delivery.Will definitely buy from again

Cheerful place with a spartan feel. The hot chocolate drink is bordering on ambrosia, the artisan chocolate reasonably priced with clear, informative detail on its origins.Staff quietly pleasant...it was like being in a library.

Please make sure people are wearing masks or people who are serious about covid will continue not to come. Yes they had their mask around their neck.

They have wonderful collection of chocolate and all are alcohol free. The stuff are very kind they even gave me coffee for free. You have to try their brownies and chocolate fudge. Its perfect for birthdays gifts. Loved them

Took a morning chocolate class here. First, the chef was AMAZING, so passionate and knowledgeable and patient with our class. You can tell he really loves what he does and wants to share it with everyone. Second, I learned more in this 2 hr class than I have in my 15+ years of baking/pastry/tinkering on my own at home-- it truly helps to learn from a professional and will save you money, heartache and patience down the road. Lastly, this class was fun for all levels of experience and the chocolates made there are top notch. They use only the best couverture chocolate brands and ingredients and it shows. Definitely worth the trip out to explore their shop and if you have time sign up for a class 🙌🙌🙌

Good products, bad service. Paid for next day delivery for a special occasion. They sent 2 day delivery and generally customer service messed me about, made excuses or didnt directly respond to the issue. Wont shop again.

The store is a must-visit in Notting Hill if you have a sweet tooth. Their products beat some of the finest continental brands hands down. Inexplicable deliciousness coming out of the macarons, the chocolate icecream, and the raspberry sorbet. I love, love, love Melt!

Sent the sugar free bars to my mum, they did get delivered to the wrong address but when she tracked them down she said the chocolate was delicious!
