Everything is nice about this shop but there services are very poor..... One of my purchased her wedding dress from there only while purchasing they said mam will deliver ur dress wherever you want and then they are not delivering the dress after 10 days they said sorry mam we cant....very poor service...

This was the worst experience shopping for me. The staff who was of my grandfathers age showed us bridal lehengas; he wasnt equipped to understand our taste and wasted our time by showing me all of the cheap quality lehengas of store even when we agreed to pay high. I myself had to go to the store room to find my choice of lehenga. Later that day, the owner of Dulhan sent us to Aurum for our remaining shopping so that Dulhans bill can be combined with that of Aurums for offers. And after shopping from Aurum, they said it cant be done. Furthermore, the owner offered us to ship the purchased items to Bhilai after alterations on Tuesday. And we agreed, they asked for full payment, we did and left. Tuesday passed, Saturday passed, Sunday passed and then Monday they tell me they couldnt ship it. In between my wedding preps, I had to waste a day go to Raipur just to pick up my lehenga, that too wasnt altered properly as told. I had to redo everything which costed me money and time. Being the owner, it was his responsibility that he should get it delivered. Giving reasons is not an option as he has taken full amount beforehand. Pathetic service. Definitely dont recommend, specially for wedding shopping. Untrustworthy people. My shopping experience was so good in Shree Shivam with far far better customer service.

Staff is helpful and courteous. They have an immense diversity of beautiful traditional clothes.

Better than the other local sellers. Yet I found more collections should be there .

They have the most unique collections. Prompt service. Polite, responsible staff. Little costly, but worth the price.

Costly compare to others but worth it

The place has a good variety of clothes. But is really expensive. Not worth what we get in exchange for what we invest.

They will tell you that they wont be able to give you the dress you choose, that too 10 days before your wedding day, we sufferd a lot, if you dont want to spoil your wedding day, dont buy anything. For them youre just a customer and they wont care for your special day.

They cut my saree and decrease the length because they didnt removed stain. Stain lagaya Kyun jab hata nahi paye. Last moment I suffered. Ill complain about them.

Very new and designer dress and saree

We trusted this shop even after getting so many bad reviews from previous customers. We purchased a bridal lehenga for my fiance and they have delivered the same product to us after repairing the display lehenga. We were promised that they will make a new one. Even the stones were not matching with the original ones after the repair.Guys,I request everybody to double check the product while delivery. And NEVER PAY THE FULL AMOUNT BEFORE DELIVERY.It is not the single shop in the Raipur. It is better to go with shops like shree shivam etc which are are near by and who offer better customer services. PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP AT ANY COST.You can ping me for further details.PS - I am not trying to advertise other shops, its just another shop from where we purchased and were satisfied with the purchases made.
