Fitting of cloth is not good even after taking measurement by Taylor which is quite disappointing for me. No doubt they have great collections but these little things disappoint alot. Its a humble request to you to take care of your clients properly

It was my first and certainly my last visit in aurum. The stuff here in this showroom is very pathetic and the staff is even more pathetic than that, there behaviour is so ignoring, they talks very rudely and shows that they have no time for the customers. Worst experience !!

4 Star for the collection!!And 0 for the star for the staff.... seriously had a very bitter experience with the staff...the kind of arrogance they carry is pathetic!!They directly comment on your budget and your taste...and consider themselves the best...the budget we quoted them is 50k... however as per Rohan/Rahul Singh of Aurum this is not as per their showroom standard...And this type of treatment again happened with me in groom section!!FYI...our budget was 50k...we moved to Shree Shivam and the lehnga we finalized cost us 76k...the point is it depends on the sales person how they treat customer and respect them... the only difference between shree shivam and Aurum is customer service

Never ever go to this store. Worst service and most worst is the staff. They never deliver the product on said date. Not accountable at all. You will finish off your marriage rituals but will never receive your clothes. They lost my dupatta, sent worst quality mojri with sherwani. Want to write whole story but this is not right platform. Let me tweet this. I am being trapped here, please never go to this store ever and get trapped with never ending problems.

NO DISCOUNT (EVEN IF YOU BUY CLOTHS FOR 1 LAKH, NOT EVEN A RUPEE DISCOUNT)2. WORST ALTERATION.3. LATE DELIVERY (VERY LATE)4. DELIVERED DRESS WERE USED AND DIRTY.5. OVERPRISED SHOPDETAIL-Aurum seems to be one of the finest clothing reseller in whole Pandri or Raipur. I was initially surprised to look at the collection and infrastructure. (HALF STAR).after 2 days of continuous shopping for groom and groomsmate. The in-house Tailor took the measurements to ulter the dresses in perfect fitting in few days..We reached the counter expecting discount (as this was the 3rd time my family was shipping with total billing above 60k each time). THEY BLINDLY DENIED TO PROVIDE DISCOUNT - NOT EVEN A SINGLE PENNY. now as an average Shopper I would expect atleast 3-7 thousand discounts when we Shop for lakhs of rupees. This annoyed me alot as they told me that if you are a loyal customer, you will get loyalty points which you can redeem later . (Which is 1000 RS in shopping on 1 lakh - such an irony ) - 1 star deducted..Now the disaster - I reached 1 week before wedding (as scheduled time) and the dress was not ready. I reached 2 days later, the dress was again not ready and third time when I reached the dress was ready but THE ULTERATION WAS WRONGLY DONE of maximum dresses. (AND ONE DRESS WAS STILL UN PREPARED) - 1 STAR DEDUCTEDfinally when I reached home, I saw that the grooms dress was used and it was dirty, they alterd the trial cloth. Though they immideatly delivered another white shirt. BUT finally when I opened my kurta, it was not at all ultered and it was hell expensive which I was suppose to wear next day. THIS SHOPPING WENT IN VAIN..I had to return it, but they created issues while returning as well. When I pressurised, they finally refunded the amount. - (1 STAR DEDUCTED)But in the whole rollercoaster experience. I had 2 sales person - Monu and Vijay have us a very good time and had us a patience serving. They gave us exectly what we wanted. AURUM GETS 1 STAR BRCAUSE OF THEM.and finally - if you visit this place, do try their SANDWHICH and lemon tea, thats very refreshing.(Half star for this tasty treat).Conclusion - You have time and money and of you are not a bargening person then you should pay a visit.
