The service at civil lines branch is fine. But make sure to make a prior appointment if youre looking for a specific stylist. Good customer care and reception. Must try for bridal makeup.

Very Poor service.I had an appointment for makeup trial with the Civil Lines branch on 26 mar,2018. I was there on time but the lady over there informed me that makeup artist isn’t available. This happened for another 2 days. And I was given appointment every time. But no positive response. Moreover I wasted my 3 days behind this salon and it’s appointment.Kindly improve your service. And value your clients TIME.

Off late, staff there acts pricy....I usually take packages but once you become their regular customer they hardly care about you and make you feel humiliated. Its high time the Franchise owner should sincerely and seriously think... I appreciate the servicess but attitude also plays a role to make customer feel comfy. My small experience today, I was given appointment for today, when I called up to confirm....it was like inquiry on me, who gave you appointment, what time, etc.....we will get back to you...in seconds I receive call, our wax machines are not free...hillarious.... And I have not experienced this for the first, I have witnessed same on other customers...Many times I discounted but today was extreme...

I had a really good experience in first visit.i got cleanup and dandruff treatment with regular spa. I’m really satisfied with dandruff treatment after 2 wash also i can see less dandruff accumulation if u hv r suffering from dandruff u should definitely try this.my hair is feeling soft also and prices r affordable here hygiene place very friendly treatment.one thing I didn’t like it for taking out blackhead and whitehead they use cotton pepper that is really painful she has to push hard to take it out i feel that is not healthy for skin they doesn’t use tool that is much better for skin for that only i hv not given 5 star.overall it is really good highly recommendY
