If you are on a budget and you are in Raipur to shop at pandri then this is a good place for a one night stay as it is very close to the market. Though the food was not good..so you can have food outside..and service was okaish..Rooms were decent for one night stay.

They say outside food are not allowed but they dont have anything available in there hotel. Totally waste of money. Please dont come here.

I am filling very well bcoz room is very comfortable and also room service is very good. my fillings are just list staying at home. I am saying about room charges, 100% very competitive and minimum charges apply. Once more benefits shopping purpose every type of shop like foods 👗 dress materials and etc... is near n dear. Also City Malls is just 🚶 distance.

Economical and ComfortableRooms are clean. I booked deluxe room. Ventilation is the Only problem in this hotel as very few rooms are provided with window n duct. But overall very economical nice stay for 1400 Per day including breakfast n airport drop

One of the worst hotel to visit....Every where smell of smoke and alcohol...Rooms are filthy smelling...No hot water in bathroom in morning...No action taken even after informing...however staff was very polite...Food was good bt costly according to the place...No complimentary mineral water... Bed sheets was not cleaned...peanuts spread over in the corridors...Over all a big no no.....

It was worst experience with this Hotel. All staff is very bad, specially reception guys are totally illiterate.Room was very dirty badsheet was having holes. no hot water at all, and food was very bad and expensive according to the hotel standard. I will not recommend this hotel at all.

Worst service.. worst staff. The room was never cleaned even once. Cockroaches, stinking bed sheets. There was a bar beneath which made the place very shady, unsuitable for family guests. No parking. They did not provide drinking water. Free breakfast was either a plate of 2 idli or 1 plain paratha with dahi and achar. Sick place.

One of the Worst Hotels i have ever visited in terms of behavior from staff specially the Manager Mr. Yogesh Saxena. Received a torn towel and an old and torn blanket in the room (Uploading the pics). Cleanliness was ok and Mr. Saxena...my goooodnees, I suggest him not to behave like a HITLOR. He is never ever ready to listen and except the issues created by their staff, In spite of resolving the issues he ran away to another Hotel (their own property) but I am Happy that finally I PROVED HIM WRONG in front all his staff and HE WAS NOT ABLE TO FACE ME AGAIN...

It was my worst experience to Stay with Hotel Simran Regency. when we reach at they told us that room is not vacant we have to wait for almost an hour. on our Request they gave us in a room which was very dirty. After an hour they accommodate in a room which was again not clean n room was not like a Deluxe room. The room was also smelling like anything when i asked to change the room but they told that they did not had another room. the hotel staff was also very rood. I feel that I made biggest mistake to opt Hotel Simran Regency.
