Arun1 reviewjust nowNEWI live outside Raipur and was trying to follow up with them for documents so that I am fully satisfied before I confirm my purchase … they had quoted me a price of 1400 when we initiated our discussion… they took over a month to gives us details that we requested and till that time the land that we had finalised was already sold off … we started looking at other plots and just when we were about to finalise they mentioned that the rates have been increased to 1450… we tried speaking to their HOD Raghavendra Krishanan who is so arrogant and did not hear our concern that it was a delay from their side in providing documents .. they said that we had informed our customers of the rates that we increased but we did not receive any such msg .. they are big builders and their staff are too arrogant ho have a normal talk .. their executives named Kajal and Bhupendra were saying sorry about the whole situation but honey I did not need that … I invested my time in looking into documents and lawyer verification but then all in vain cause the so called esteemed Avinash builders have HOD who does not customer service …
