Went from Delhi to Udaipur in a sleeper AC bus. The bus quality is good. Staff is also fine.

Travel on your own risk....In case of emergency bus staff will abandon the bus and leave you in middle of the highway on your own,travel company wont even bother to call their passengers and ask they are living or died in an accident. And if you will bother to call them they will hung up on you like nothing happened. One Star is the least that I can give and I shared my personal experience.

No any time value... Dropping time difference is 4 hours.... dont travel on these bus...

It used to be the best. Service and focus on passenger has reduced due to excessive customers. Staff has become rude. Prices high. Staff boards passenger in coordidor for quick money. Charges extra in cash on different excuses. Management doesnt seem to be interested in controlling deteriorating service quality. We have started exploring other operator.

Shree Rishabh travels is one of the best bus for Delhi-Udaipur-delhi. I also travelled with this bus . I had a great journey experience with this bus services. One of the best advantage of booking with them which is time punctuality, seat comfort with great air suspension. No problem for food their stop is also at hygiene restaurant. Price range is also acceptable from others in the market.

Its has been fine experience. The bus service availed till now has been punctual. The condition of bus has also been good and the eating spots at which the bus stops have also been great. Overall good experience till now.

Pathetic people and Worst service ever by a bus service. We were 6 people who booked the bus and were required to reach the Reti bus stand at Udaipur at 6:00 pm, we got Stucked in the traffic and were there at 6:03 pm only 3 minutes late, we already informed and requested the Bus Driver to please wait for us but that driver didnt waited and left us there without any option. We called their office and their owner again n again but no one helped us. The driver even misguided us to come to some other place where there was not a single bus or any vehicle, completely drastic experience.

The shop is so small but not so much there was the place where u can got your parcells but there is timing u can’t got your parcell after 4pm you only get between 10 to 4 pm but in emergeny you can get hand to hand at everytime but the reason should be good

Bus is very good... Maintained the timing... Very neat and clean bus... I have traveled to gorakhpur from new delhi its my 1st long route journey by road.. Experience was very nice...

They are bus operators from Khanna market tees Hazari court to UP, Rajsthan, Maharashtra..etc. good buses with AC And good staff.. unfriendly to women travellers because there is not any toilet facilities en route.. in open.

Very Dissepoint from staff and management of Shri Rishabh Travels. I used their service from kanpur to akshardham at 10:15 pm of 2nd Dec. I had 2 bags as my luggage his staff put my luggage in luggage cabin of the bus and gave me token of luggage when i reached at my destination at 5pm morning of 3rd Dec, I found my one bag was there another bag was not there his staff replace my bag with any other passenger. Now I am in Delhi from 2 days without my luggage and their staff not help me to find my luggage. My all cloth are in that bag with my educational documents like my degree and marksheets. Guys please take care of your luggage dont trust on thier staff. I am waiting for one more days otherwise i will take leagal action againt Shri Rishabh Travels

I have travelled a lot by bus but this was a horrible experience with Shri Rishabh Travels.I was late by 10mins. I requested the driver to wait but he didnt waited and ask me if i m on bike/car, follow me and i will take you. This is really hopeless service. If customer is not picking phone or he says he is not travelling, u can move the bus forward but if a customer is genuinely crying on phone to wait, still they doesnt. This is what at all is not expected.Genuine reasons must be honored as it is honored by other bus services.

If u want to go azamgarh from delhi.....12 hours guaranteed... faster than kaifiyat

Chose rishabh travels for booking bus tickets from Delhi to Pushkar and back, the experience was very smooth and the busses ran on time. The bus itself was very nice, bought sleeper tickets and the cabin was very well air conditioned and offered enough room for a good sleep.Had to reschedule my booking while returning and the staff was very prompt and the process really hassle free with nominal rescheduling charges.

Right now m is bus from Noida to Azamgarh .veryarrogant staff no water charging point not working after asking the staff he told that he will only provide water bottle wen he get the bottle @rs 4 imagine now ? Hello everyone fake travel agencyI am just right now travelling time is 11:02 pm from Delhi to Bikaner 6 November 2019 , bus arrival time was 9.40 pm its arrived at 10.45pm , enter inside the bus , surprise bus was full with stuff cartoons bags on floor i have to climb that boxes people were sleeping on them , half floor is full with boxes so many thing , I got into my seat , I told to conductor no space to keep my bag he told keep into your pocket or get right now out now , full bus is smelling badly no support from make my trip or by travel , i will say dont book any ticket they have all fake reviews
