I got introduced to this start up through a friend of mine who recently started working with them in their Sales department, since I was looking for a one shop to meet all my construction related requirement to build an upper floor of my house in Bhilai. The company management visited the site and finalised the project, promised lot of good things and boosted my hopes.The work got started in April 2018 - there office was located in Raipur and my construction house was in Bhilai thus due to distance from Raipur to Bhilai, I had to face lot of challenges with the project especially the supervision part of ongoing work. I have to keep doing follow ups on phone for each and every small thing because they are busy people and dont have time to visit the site on regular basis - they can only visit once in 20 days that too if you escalate the matter else no one will be interested to come and check and meet client regularly, this was not known to me but to collect installment payments they will ensure to make regular calls.I experience that there is lot of miscommunication between the company guy who was asigned to look at the construction project site, the architect who designs the floor/ elevation and the company head in terms of what all has been committed to the client in terms of products, design etc initially. Later when Company head has any issues on costing, the rest of the team starts blamegame with client and others or literally lies that we have not committed anything like this and that to create confusion. Initially, just to impress the client they will provide all kind of verbal commitments on the items/ products/ design etc but later when the work will start they will start telling you what is written in the agreement, so be careful and ensure each and every thing gets documented on paper even if that requires some more time to finalise before the actual work starts as they will push you to start the work soon and later you cannot modify anything - just dont go by their verbal commitments as they only do that to get the project.I dont know how they deliver service in Raipur location since they are located in Raipur but for Bhilai, my experience has been very tiring and stressful for me and family with so many follow ups and discussions and literally you have to stay calm because you have no other choice since the payments are already made.And at the end of the day, they will held only client accountable for every issue post taking complete payments.I did ask the company head to leave 10% of each installment with me so that I can check the complete work at the end and pay that but the company head was keen on taking complete 100% payments in each installment leaving the client in stressful situation, one literally has to plead to finish work on time as they overshot my project deadline from 6 months to more than a year post receiving full payments.The quality of finishing products were low, I can see the issues with products now after few months of handover as they tend to save the cost, so one gets literally stuck.In my case - infact the company didnt even finish the project -> there was some civil & tiles filling work that was pending and stopped coming to work. I had to literally follow up multiple times and finally had to get it done from some other mistry and labour. (not someone from the company). They lost their client credibility on that day completely.So my advice, its better to buy products from market directly and work with a Civil contractor directly - this will cost you very less and if you go through any such construction company especially Easy Nirman, it will cost you very high with lots of tension as there team is not very organised and their is lot of miscommunication between themselves leaving the client crazy and in stress after putting in so much of hard earn money.Its not a very great company. If you really want to spend such a big amount on construction services, I would suggest - go for direct civil labour and material to avoid any such stressful situations.

Third class service is provided by this company . Very bad experience. They took 25 days to deliver the product and that too wrong product. When I asked for return .. They ask me to courier the product back to company and I have to pay all courier charges . They dont refund money easily ..For more than 2-3 weeks I have to call them daily .the staff is also very irresponsible ...
