No response from resq..They just keep telling aaj kal parson...Fed up of them...Never buy any product from reliance digital..I have display issue in my smart tv for which I am constantly calling on resq toll free number but till now solution has been provided..

I wanted to give zero. It is almost a month i gave my laptop and still they dnt hv a clue whether it is wid service centre of brand or wid there IT engineers.They make u fool by saying we hv sent it to service center n wen i asked dem the job sheet number so dat i cn check d status but they were like-sir engineer bahr gaya hai n chabi uske pas hai n wo phn nhi utha raha.. Is this professional? This continued for 3 days dat their engineer became Mr India rather Don... Jiska pata nhi nhi kisi ko n kam atke pade hai..they say sir apko puch kar sham tk batta hu... Kal tk batata hu.. Adhe ghnte me batata hu n bloody they dnt call u ever.. U hv to call dem like besharam... Today too wen i asked dem body ka kaam hogaya hoga na?? He replied sir body ka kya kam tha...I feel like an Idiot who paid to get this extended warranty... On top of that they said sir apka laptop sony service centre me nhi hai(obviously wen I caught dem lying) n wen I asked y my laptop is not at service center? He replied sir wo thoda charges ka issue hai wo log zada charge kr rhe hai... Now u ppl decide whether to go for extended warranty in raipur reliance digital or not.. Shame on u guys.
