Actually this store doesnt deserve a single Star. Very misbehaving, cheater owner and staff in Broadway Electronics.Here is the story.Once I was visited to get to know about some washing machine during 1st half of November 19, their staff has suggested a Bosch Brand top load washing machine costing 20,000 Rupees, I liked the washing machine and tell them that I may purchase or may not purchase. Then he suggested me that book this Washing because this may be out of stock if not booked. But I asked that if I do not purchase then my booking amount will be refunded or not, the staff said Amount will be refunded. So I booked by 1000 Rupees, they gave me receipt of this. But unfortunately I couldnt purchase the WASHING MACHINE. so after festival season passed, I went for refund, their owner and staff refused to refund, telling that there is no refund Policy at there store, and said that Your money is in deposit at our end you have to purchase any product in lieu of refund. They said they will not return money. Then many times I requested for refund, that immediately I dont have any plan to purchase anything. But they denied and misbehaved me by saying that you have to pay for our salesmans time they given to you for demo. Ultimately after many times of negotiation and arguments theyve not refunded and I Feel cheated, and after this lot of mess & compulsions I decided to purchase a Bluetooth neckbend headset of mi costing 1599 Rupees. And even after all these they sell me the Head set at Rupees 150 more at Rupees 1750. These are the incident I faced here. Photographs attached booking amount and Invoice of Mi bluetooth neck band. Worst experience with the store. हाँ और उन्होंने ये भी कहा कि जो कस्टमर यहाँ सिर्फ पूछ भर के जातें है हम उनको भगा देतें है। मिडल क्लास कस्टमर तो एकदम सम्हल के ही जाएँ इस स्टोर पे तो, और अगर जाएँ तो बुकिंग अमाउंट तो भूल के भी न दे ये आप लोगों को आपका ही पैसा वापस नही करेंगे ठग लेंगे। मैं तो इनको कंस्यूमर फोरम में ले जाने की सोचा पर मेरे पास ही समय न होने के कारण मैंने कोम्प्रोमाईज़ किया, धन्यवाद। इस पोस्ट को सभी उपभोक्ता पढ़े जरूर।
