Tata Cars are awesome. But their is issue in service. I am using Tata car since 3 years but facing service related issues at Raipur. National garage Tatibandh Raipur service Team dont care if any of customer complaining or anything. They dont have time even to resolve small issues of cars. I had visited 3 times but they directly said no for same day resolution. Need improvement. If any company is not able to service properly then they have to stop selling new things. I am totally fed up with the service.

Very poor response from sales team. I wanted to test drive harrier but couldn’t get it. Even showroom display car had no battery.Even nobody asked me for a glass of water. Worst experience. I Didn’t expect this type of experience from tata group which is famous for hospitality.
