Houses the RDA office apart from some shops and offices and a clinic. There are shops available inside too not facing the street but most of them are unoccupied. Cleanliness could be improved a bit. The parking is chargeable in the day should you have a car visiting the nearby market and want to place your car somewhere. The street in the front is narrow. Easy drive through as the street goes around the facility. There are some small eateries, a dentist too. Sumit Bazar is right in front of it.

I submitted a request letter to Mr. Sunil Soni, chairman of the RDA nearly fortnight back to refund the excess amount charged in the name of road development charges but till date nothing is from the good authorities.It is not possible for a senior citizen to go to office and enquire about the same . It is a tedious job .Still awaiting for a meaningful reply from RDA.
