My car had starting problem so I went to Gravity motors for repairs. They did servicing and charged 19000/- for the same. After 2 days of servicing my car suddenly broke down near Bhandara Maharashtra and then I repaired it from local repair centre. He checked it and said it was relay issue showing engine malfunction signal and replaced it and costed just Rs.160/- This service centre along with diesel service centre is totally fraud and cheat. I demand my money back from the owner Mr.Dewangan.

I have used authorised service stations frequently, but Gravity has its own gravity of workmanship and smartness. I have been availing their services for quite sometime now, roughly 3+ years. Piyush (The CEO), has been modest and helpful with his expert advise and experiences since I first met him. I am pretty sure one would appreciate him and his problem solving approach everytime. Glad to be a user.

Getting your first car is one of the best feeling one can experience. The dream of a middle class person, being a car owner is somehow hindered by lack of budget. In this developing economy the concept of pre-owned cars is emerging. But its a matter of luck how much perfect car you will find. Everyone is a bit worried about the internal hidden condition (engine mainly) of a pre-owned car. I was worried too of this issue. I wanted a good car in budget, but also dont want to call the on-site maintenance team for any breakdown. When I first went to Gravity workshop, I was too skeptical what/how/which etc.. to buy. Many options, various range, different conditions. But somehow I found one of my likes. As a pre-owned vehicle, its usual to have some wear and tears, but overall it seems superb. Tried it, so smooth to ride like a new one. The shop caters my all needs. If you are confused, they will help you in selecting one as per your need. They also helped me with the paperwork, explained the vital function of car and did a nice general service before delivery. On the day of delivery, the car was wrapped with multiple ribbons giving its glorious look. Almost like new. Couldnt help myself to avoid writing a long review. Thanks to Mr Piyush, Mr Shubham and entire team of Gravity workshop for giving me a awesome car. I recommend everyone to give this Garage a visit, who knows what is waiting for you 😉.

This review is strictly for CAR WASH Service.I work in a nearby institution and availed their service mainly for CAR WASH. Every time they disappointed me by their poor work quality & delay in delivering the car.My suggestion if you are going to give ur car here for Wash:1) Never give car in the evening for wash here.2) Have extra buffer time for taking car delivery.

Highly recommended, my car is new in condition after the paint job done from here.

Material/parts price high they ask more than the price trending in market, they charge almost double, and if you ask for the price they will try to convince that due to crunch of availability due to which price goes higher.Apart from it they are good professional.

Dont go here, They returned my car after 30 days of repairing , work was just a overhauling. i had to spent 1.90 lakh for 50k work and my car got seized in 3 days, They Looted customers.

Fraud, They damaged my car completely after engine work. I had to repair my car after 1 day of delivering.

I chose this place according to reviews mentioned here, but its not worth it. Servicing done is very bad. I had given my car to change cylensor, it got busted and despite of replacing it by new one, still it sounds very bad. I would not recommend anyone for this place, you will waste your money here.
