He is very unprofessional and a dam lier. He could not complete his work within 60 days as promised. He is now not picking up my call and not explaining his plan also. I am not sure now how did he spend my Rs.4.95 lakh . His carpenter is working at my flat now and I have to pay all material cost and his wage.1.He can reply to my reviews but does not have guts to answer my calls.2.He is always online to trap new clients but is not mentally stable to talk on the ongoing project.3. If i dont have humanity, then i would have asked daily penalty of INR 1000 per day as per your proposal4. I was searching for my new house interiors and after visiting couple of places , I came across carpenterbabu and from the day one it is just awesome experience with them. They have multiple going project in Bangalore and we visited HSR, Marathahalli and Lavelle Road centres. They are all good and very customer friendly especially Lavelle road. My designer Allen is just awesome and very patience in listening to all our requirements and finally he gave us outstanding design. He is very professional helped us in every step including selecting the tiles for my home. He never said NO anytime.I would definitely recommend carpenterbabu if you are planning for interiors for your home.

We selected Carpenterbabu for our flat interior in Sai Mannat, Kharghar. It started 3. 5 months back when we paid booking amount to Ashish. After that design phase started and it took around 1 months. Design phase was smooth. Structural + finishing + Painting took around 2.5 months with multiple follow up. But when it completed it was just wow and worth waiting 3.5 months. A big thank to Ashish, Arjun, Hemant, Durga, Jyoti Designer and Sharavan carpenter. There were few cutting/size issue but they corrected / resent the material. The final outcome is amazing specially my daughter s room.Thanks carpenterbabu for you wonderful work.One suggestion- It would be great if less follow up from our side and little faster from your side.

It has been a great experience working with the carpenterbabu team. The team provided regular updates to my interior designer and allowed for inspections while they were making the furniture. I also got my wardrobes and kitchen done from the team. The quality of the end product has been satisfactory. Even after the delivery the team was very prompt in attending to any issues/concerns which came up.

Professionalism doesnt exists at all. I trusted them but they didnt provide proper services, no on time completion, no calls being answered on time. Fake promises, fake deadlines, fake answers. Improper staff management. Not happy at all.

I had a negative experience at first on giving another chance , Ashish was quite responsible and managed to give me the quotations within decided time. I have been in contact with them for over a month, they shared an online estimate and had setup a meeting for one of the weekends. They did not turn up on the day and after I messaged to ask, they replied back that wont be possible for them, as the person who was suppose to come was not well. Then again no update for 10-12 days and then I called again to ask if everything is okay, the guy said he was not well and now they are working and will send someone for site inspection and after that Also I have done followup for 3-4 times and now I dont want their services. If before service they are so unprofessional, what will they do after the work is completed.Well if you already had lot of work in hand and covid was creating problem, then ideally you should have not given quote and fix an appointment. You should have said no, bcoz you have prior commitments, I think that would have been professional behaviour and would have created a good image of the company.

Nice experience working with the carpenterbabu team (Designer: Yash, Operations Lead: Naveen, Project Manager: Kheta Ram).Designer (Yash) is quite knowledgeable and was very patient and took seriously our inputs during the design process, the result was a perfect balance between the aesthetics and utilization for both the modular and custom work. Also ensured her help and presence throughout the design, kickoff and execution processes.Operations lead (Naveen) is very proactive and has good management skills, he managed to pull off the project seamlessly even in the current pandemic situation and with multiple vendor issues going on. Was very patient and took good care to implement the tiniest of details we pointed out. Visited the site umpteen number of times to supervise and execute the details.PM (Kheta) was very helpful in pushing to kick start our project which unfortunately was stuck earlier in the delay cycle due to the pandemic, also helped us a lot with routing the issues to appropriate levels quite a number of times to iron out any issues with respect to the processes (Accounting/Execution etc.)Kudos to the team, wish you all a very successful journey ahead.

Go for him and then you will regret for lifetime. Mr. Ashish will be the most responsive person at the time of proposal and till the time you give the work to him. But after that he just vanishes completely from the picture. He wont attend your phone calls even if you call him 20-30 times a day. The people working under him are equally unresponsive and unprofessional. The designs they make are completely unrealistic as they dont know the basic ground rule that you need to make the design after visiting the site and taking the measurements, due to which we have experienced a lot of issues in implementing the design in each and every room and we have to make adjustments at the end just bcz he has done a mistake. So end result you dont get the house in a way u want. Once you sign up for a him, it means you are signing up yourself for a 2-3 months project of interior designing wherein you have to full time call up the materials guy to see why the order has not reached, the designing person to explain that the design is wrong, the carpenter involved to explain him how the work needs to be done as Ashish or Naveen take 0 responsibility for it. Whenever you call, the only thing you will hear is that the phone is either switched off or busy, they do not have the courtesy to call back ever. If they ever pick you call ( which seldomly happens), the only thing you will get is a false commitment which doesnt get fulfilled. So its just a trap you will end up paying money and getting no response, plus you will have to transform yourself to an interior designer and start working as if you are getting paid.Waste of money!

Our designers Yash and Bhooma were highly proactive in suggesting new ideas to better the existing sketches, which was executed with excellent workmanship. We met Ashish from CarpenterBabu after visiting many end to end service providers. We had decided within 2-3 hours that I would be going with them. The experience, passion and customer focus that we saw was unmatched and we werent proven wrong.Excellent:1. Collaborative detail design discussion: we were given atleast 2 different options for bedroom design, pooja place was also proving to be a difficult decision. All decisions were taken based on functionality and aesthetics both.2. Quality of work: all material used is of superior quality. its been 15 months since we moved into our place. no issues seen so far. after 3 months of moving in- they sent carpenter, painter, etc. to do any touch-ups required. they even replaced a glass which was broken without add cost.3. Responsiveness & on-time delivery: we spoke with only 1 person throughout our engagement. We handed over the apartment key to them next day of getting the possession and we received completed ready to move in apartment from them in 67 days.Can be better:1. Pricing- ofcourse they are on slightly expensive side, however end result is worth it and entire process hassle-free. Plus they dont increase cost after work starts.2. Accessory fitting- second level of checks should be done. we had issues with cloth hanger, towel hanger, sink etc.I loved the experience working with them and highly recommend to new home owners.

OMG..Big liar..He put the fake positive review on my name Garima Gupta and I am going take legal action on it.We have posted negative reviews in the past and now I cant find them. Carpenter babu are highly unprofessional, big liars. We suffered a lot because of him and have to spend twice the amount as they left the work in between.I know that this review will also not be visible after sometime dnn know how he is deleting or removing all the negative reviews but hope if I save some people from this trap.

My flat in Rustomjee,Thane is designed by Carpenterbabu. It was the first time and I was really impressed with the detailing the designer Purvi went into. She is very creative and innovative and took care of all aspects of our requirements while designing. The execution was also very well handled by Naveen. He was proactive and followed up regularly on all pending matters and kept us updated at all times. The only lag was certain important conditions that management agreed to at the time of signing the project were neglected and not fulfilled later.

FRAUD .This guy is keeping on lying hence I am clearly just uploading WhatsApp chat images where its clear what methods he uses to cheat people and then make excuses. Regardless, unless you want to waste your money, dont make mistake of dealing with such unethical and unprofessional firms.First of all it was a lobby area only- not the full area. And we had given them only 3 d service to do ,not to design - all designs, AutoCAD and concepts were sent by us. This was simply a 3d job of a 3000 SQ feet area and not a complete hotel . And he himself has quoted 15000 (which is a good rate for 3d only and no design - to which we have paid him full ). In the attached images it is also clear how bad the 3d quality was and full of mistakes, not matching the level of samples they have uploaded in their pages. for which he asked me for 7 days and didnt deliver it upto a month, and on seeing the images I saw that the 3d had been done all wrong - window measurements , door position all wrong. And then he started arguing that he cannot change whereas he had committed earlier to 3 changes included in fees, which has been paid long back .Also, he had given his staff - shrutis number to coordinate with her, and when I am asking her for the work she herself is telling me that Ashish modi is a fraud. So well what do I have to say when his own employees are saying he has stolen their moneyAnd he is now trying to threaten us that he would defame us on the internet, so let it be very clear we are just standing for whats right and reviewing cz he has taken money saying something and clearly not done the work. We wont be affected by such treats by a cheater.

Carpenterbabu has helped us design the interiors of our new house. The overall experience has been positive. The end product looks almost same as the design we finalized.Naveen has been a great support in managing the onsite work. he has been very responsive from day 1 and we truly felt at ease knowing he is supervising the onsite work.Ashish has also been a true advisor to us right from day 1.
