Worst builder in the city. If you are considering to buy this property my suggestion is to visit his earlier project urbansky regalia in Panchavati colony Manikonda. He didn’t complete the amenities even 2 years after possession. Irresponsible, arrogant, idiotic, filthy builder. He just compromised in lot of things. Cheap elevator and doesn’t maintain quality in any of the works. Please don’t encourage
