Suraj Kund : An old Sarovar (Pool) and a temple Suraj Kund. It is situated in the south direction. According to a myth in all over India there are only two and a half kunds, from which one is in Rahon, half in Haridwar and one in Nasik.

Suraj kund is a ashram of Juna Akhara at Rahon road Nawanshahr. It is very peaceful religious place surrounded by trees and farming land. Here is a temple of Lord Shiva Lingas form & a holy pond named Suraj Kund. On ocassion of chaita Shukl Pratipda & Guru Purnima a wide langer is arranged here.
