Ive seen lots of condos in Quezon City and I must say this ranks at the top, if not the #1. Its just along Visayas Ave, right beside Wilcon Home Essentials - very accessible. Its very open layout (salutes to DMCI) provides every resident with well-ventilated dwellings. Its lobby and roofdeck will impress both residents and visitors. Dwellers here a lucky lot.

There are (3) squatters living in the Vega building on the laundry deck. 2021 and Filipinos are still kept in cages. Housekeeping employees dont wear face mask or face shields in violation of the rules.

A condominium owned by DMCI home. They have nice pool, huge lobby, a gym and convenient store inside. I also like the roof deck which provide relaxing feeling with view of Quezon city Circle. You can drink with your friends on the roof deck but be discreet as they do not allow it.
