One of my top choices to stay whenever I go to Qingdao for business tirp or vacation. The staff are extremely friendly and the room is always clean. The location is great and its close to everything. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great and very practically and centrally located international hotel. The club lounge is also beautiful with great food. Staff is extremely helpful and especially Maggie went out of her way to help us find good seafood restaurants in Qingdao! Very pleased

Its very nice 2stay 4night, here. Every staff is very kind and professional. Special thank to Alice, Emily, Maggie, and Jessica. Also, all staffs at Club Lounge. Location is good to go anywhere and near Wanda shopping center. Food is good enough. Room condition is much better than expected, although outside view is moderate. I really appreciate all staffs hospitality and want to visit Qingdao and this hotel again !

The hotel was fantastic. Very accomodating and the room was spacious. It was great to have a fitness center and swimming pool. The location in Qingdao is very convenient. It is especially nice now that the metro has opened. I would highly recommend Le Merdien in the future. My guest was very happy with everything.

The staff here is great. I stay here often, they remember my name and what I like.The hotel itself is very nice with a good gym and indoor pool. It is right next to Wanda Plaza which is very convenient for shopping and casual dining.My status lets me eat breakfast and have happy hour in the executive lounge. This is a perk I really enjoy and take regular advantage of. The staff there is terrific.

This will be my XXX times stay in Le Merdien Qingdao and I always remember when my first time check into this hotel on 2010, the hotel lobby was very dark and the Front desk was seated on the check in counter and read news paper with potato chips on hand, the rooms was not really make up to the required standard, i do not feel any SPG guest welcome atmosphere at all.Today I am always glad to return to this hotel and I knew that the service standard of Le Meriden Qingdao has been lifted up to the top level.I has been stay in Le Merdien hotel on many Asia country and this is the only Le Meriden hotel that I feel the SPG spirit and moment when you step into this hotel.The room are always ready in the conditions that you has been request on earlier trip and two type of firm pillow are prepared on the bed for selection, the room attendance truly take note on my request for additional body lotions, a warm welcome note by the room attendance on the table, the Front office , Restaurant servers, lounge staff are able to recognized the regular return guest and that make me feel the most warmest welcome.I am very sure that Le Merdiden Qingdao has been demonstrate to the world that China hotel are able provide top notched quality services and the rest of the China SPG hotel should look into the success of the Le Meriden Qingdao.Thank you for the teams in Le Meriden Qingdao and I will definitely back again to this hotel and introduce for all my guest, business partners and friends.

We stayed 3 nights in Qingdao. Thanks to the support of the Guest Service Manager Jackey we had an excellent stay. We travel a lot in China, and this was one of the most oustanding stays! Location is quite convenient while the room is big and clean. But this is the only SPG hotel I stayed with steel cups in washroom for toothbrushing - the cups are not that clean - I dont care that much but others may.Check in and out are fast without waiting; however it seems the staffs are not care about most of the clients as no one approach for luggages or taxis (even I may not need but some others does).The fridge (mini bar) is somehow locked... good way to keep me away from paying more when actually i can buy those drinks out of the hotel just opposite the street... very funny...Anyway overall it is a nice hotel and I trust I will stay again for sure next time in Qingdao.

I stayed at this property for four nights and have really nothing but good things to say. The staff was very helpful and was always there to answer whatever questions I had. From checking in to checkout everything went well. IFrom the front desk to my one evening in the Club Lounge. Great job to the whole team.A special reconciliation to Sarah Piao(possible manager). A true asset to the hotel. Definenately a reason I would return to this hotel. Five star employee.Great job Le Meridien Qingdao!

It has been comfortable family trip to China with Le Meridien, Qingdao.First of all, the check-in process was great that I could early checked into the room.And the housekeeping was great that cleaned and made the bed tidy every day.Since I was with my wife and a 11-month-old son, I liked your service provided and thelocation of the hotel nearby Wanda Plaza, JUSCO, cafe, bakery, and Carrefour.Also the concierge service was very convinient to get a taxi everyday.One cup of coffee voucher for the bar on the 1st floor was great idea for welcoming.On the other hand, there was a few things that are not so pleasant.The smoking on the 9th floor whose rooms are no smoking allowed.And the TV signal reception was not so good every time I turned on the TV.Occasionally in the evening there were construction noise from the outside.Hopefully, coffee voucher could be offer everyday during the stay.

All of staffs in the lobby were excellent.They remember my name and gave me nice hospitality. As a platinum member got room upgrade to Suite which was very huge and cozy place. Lounge is also recommendable. But the thing is, kind staff members!

I hadnt stayed at this property for 3 years but returned recently to discover it has undergone a superb renovation. Great decor and ambience, terrific F&B, very professional staff. It is well located ( noting that Qingdao is a huge city area-wise). A very highly recommended property.

We stayed five nights around Christmas time and the hotel was beautiful decorated! The room was comfortable and relaxing and clean.If you are hot natured, bring shorts and shortsleeved shirt and hope the pollution is low so you can open the window!

As a frequent business travellor, I find hotels in China have great C/P values in general. The Meridien Qingdao goes extra miles by including the dinner and airport lift in a New Year package, which makes the patrons feel more like VIPs. Rooms are spacious. Deco has a touch of elegance. Its absolutely enjoyable and worthy of revisit.

Staff attentive and perfect breakfast for Chinese travellers.Japanses restaurant above average in Qingdao, Chinese restaurant food delicious, but the table setting just so so. Lack of Chinese element and cant refect the spirit of Chinese fine dinning cuisine.Lipton tea bag for non-executive and suite, and Haier TV for all room and classic suites. Can be improved.Will try SPA next timeLocated in Qingdao north business district. The upcoming Westin will be south near the sea. Another SPG fourpoints near Airport. Pretty good choice of SPG when being at Qingdao.

The Room comfortability and staff responsiveness is the reason i choose to stay in this hotel. The suite room size is big and well designed, good to receive 6 guests comfortly. Secondly, the hotel staff (especially club lounge) is friendly and helpful. Specially thanks to Jacqueline for her extensive help and assistant during my stay. The only fallback of this hotel is the carpark, as the carpark slot is limited infront of the hotel, else need to park at the opposite opened carpark slot.

1. Checking in was good. The gentleman shows warmth and met expectation. 2. The room was spacious. But the air-con not working properly. Technician sent to the room was rude and unprofessional. Bearing in mind, its 12 midnight hot room in summer. I am paying guest asking for the room to be cooler. Nothing disrespectful. 3. Complaint lodged but resident manager not sighted. Weekend not working. The duty manager spoken offered a suite and some sweets. I did not take up as I am after services and respect. 4. One of the worst service standard in my many nights with many SPG hotels. Qingdao is a very nice city. I will be back many times again. But never at this hotel. Unless the Resident Manager takes up her ownership to ensure guests are dutifully respected.

As years of platinum member,I recommend to my team and help over ten member of them to become platinum member. Now I regret a little bit.During years of loyal spg platinum member, there used to be something unsatisfied. However this time I have to explode my anger.The room I stayed is noisy for the neighbor is 2 men and is talking with each other loud and for a quite long time. I was even arose suddenly from sleep for their sound at around 2AM and 4AM. I can not get enough sleep and it deeply affects my mood when I meet and work with the customer. I asked to change the room but no response received before I checked out.Over half of time I am travelling here and there, the criteria for a good hotel and normal one is whether they have grape juice. Everyone when you see my entry, you can check by your experience. It is true. I can not find it in executive lounge when I stayed in this hotel for 2 times.There are several taxi parking in the hotel and they only work for the guests to the airport. For several times I need hurry to the customer onsite and they reject. I have to walk to the road to get the taxi passing by in such a cold weather. That made a totally bad experience and made me in a bad mood.I had one dinner in the chinese restaurant on the second floor. Even when I told them I am spg member and should get the spg dinner point, so far they dont give me the spg point.For other reason I contacted the frond desk manager. His voice is frosty,when I was told.All in all, I think this hotel is normal.

I stayed with my girl friend. I stayed very nice and comfortable. The room is very spacious and clean, the Staff is very kind, The food is very delicious. I would like to praise a Saff. She is working in Royal club lounge. I asked for cough medicine to her. She directly made ginger tea. Ginger tea is good for cough and get better. I am impressed. She is very kind and warm staff. Our hotel stay is more enjoyable thanks to her. Thank you very much..

I often stay in Le Méridien Qingdao with my family.The staff of Le Méridien Qingdao here is great. I stay here often.The hotel itself is very nice with a good indoor pool. It is right next to Wanda Plaza which is very convenient for shopping and dining.When i last stay, executive lounge was under constructionBut under construction is finished already.My status lets me eat breakfast and have happy hour in the executive lounge(29F).I really like this hotel but theres one little thing that bothers methat is free size of bathrobe, my wife is very small so It would be very inconvenient.My wife want to purchase bathrobe by starpoint, Unfortunately they has been only free size, when i visit again, I hope to purchase bathrobe for my wife.I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your feedback which was provided to us.

I stayed here at the end of May, 2014 in the club room, and it was so great. Everything was satisfactory, but in particular, the staffs in the club lounge were extremely warm and welcoming. Theyve been always ready to help customers willingly, which is unforgettable. So Im visiting Qingdao next month again and planning to stay here again. Also a big shopping mall and supermarket is right beside the hotel, which is good for visitors.

Rooms and hotel is dirty in every corner and crackRoom too hot, the building is on heat mode and individual rooms could not be temperature controlled, 24C is too hotRoom minibar fridge broken, warmer than room, staff wanted to replace it, but needed to hang out in my room while I wasnt there to perform that taskCannot get hot coffee, always warmLucky to get service at breakfast even tho there is virtually no customers there is even no staffMost dishes at breakfast are staged to look hot but its just lights the food is warm or cold and off-putting The capers have been drained of their brine and soaked in water, this preparation is very wrong There are plate warmers at breakfast but they are not plugged in The place is generally run down showing wear and tear on the furniture and most surfaces There is never ice cream, that machine is just for showThe coffee is terrible The mixed drinks in the bar are watered down or being cheated on for low portions of liquor , it is obvious and sad to make weak drinksThe bar menus look like they have been original since the hotel opened they are disgusting and tattered and should have been replaced ages agoReusing the coffee cup that I sent away to make me another coffee, gross, is it even my used cup or someone elses?No one can communicate in English in the kitchen breakfast area, asked for a cafe latte and got offered a spoonevery-time the closet doors are opened in my room there are several seconds of electrical sparking noises in the door switch that controls the closet light accompanied by the light flickering, I have reports of other rooms behaving similarly, this hotel is a fire hazard

Ive stayed 2 times at this hotel from last year.First, almost every staffs are very kind and try to give comfortable feels to their customers.Second, overall experience at this hotel was excellent.Third, this hotel located in Qingdao. Though its located a little far from the beach, its okay.For me, everything was perfect except one thing which is it takes too long time for check-in(even some of my colleagues say same thing to me). It was not terrible for me, but it could(might) be for someone.

I am frequently staying in Le-Meridian Qingdao. The hotel design is very modern especially compare to other hotels in China. The staff is very attentive and sometimes I am even surprised from the number of staff around the lobby and the cafeteria, all looking to greet you and assist you. Any issue I had was resolved quickly. The service is definitely above standards.

I am impressed when my comments regarding my 1st stay has received adequate attention from the Hotel Management. Kudos to Ms Bertie Xie, the Executive Asst. Manager for going way out in arranging a good staying experience during my 2nd visit with 3 other colleagues on our business trip. I have stayed in various biz hotel around the globe and this hotel is unique in listening and improving its service level to guests which was esp. unusual in China. Lets hope there is a Les Meridien in Beijing and Hangzhou soon.

I was check in Le Meriden Qingdao from 8 March to 13 March.I will like to thank you for the finest hospitality standard that provide by the staff from front office to housekeeping and I am surprised that many of them are able to recognize me and said Hi to me.Again Le Meriden Qingdao has impressed me and surpasses their previous service standard.I would like to specially make a remarks on the room attendance name YANG FANG FANG who has make up my room during my stay and she is very detail and noted on the guest requirement based on the observation during her housekeeping duty and she noticed that I used more than 3 bottle of the body cream and she is refuse it with more on next day and she arrange and organized all my wear clothing as well as the items I remove out from my luggage.She leave a card and informed me on what she has does and I really impress that I can seen this level of service quality in China and this is really better than many SPG hotel that I stay in Asia such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan etc.The hotel also prepare all the hard pillow that i used to request before my arrival.I will like to personally give her a SPG thank you card on my next visit in coming April.Once again thank you for the hospitality service that provided during my stay.

最近带家人去酒店度假。酒店的设施是一流的,很多方面的服务却与国际星级酒店有很大的差距。作为SPG的白金会员,行政酒廊的happy hour 实在是需要改进。一是根本没有什么热餐,除了几个中式蒸点,没有热菜,汤,根本就没有几个。SPG在青岛的酒店很多,希望好好学习一下别家酒店的行政酒廊是如何管理的,服务员态度很好,可是没有什么服务意识,东西没有了就要及时补上,这里却是东西没有了就没有了,根本不会立刻补上,而是要客人问才会拿出来,二是酒店的游泳池,三个工作人员(两个年轻的一个中年的)竟然在中午时间直接跳入水中与客人同时游泳,不知酒店是否允许。从沙滩回来要绕很大一个圈才能到达游泳池,明明可以开一个门去游泳池,希望酒店考虑。另外就是游泳池管理人员特别挑剔脚上鞋上是否粘沙子,一点都不行,根本不会打招呼,只是不断的强调别带沙子,我完全可以理解,他们说打扫起来很不容易,可是你有没有考虑到这是个沙滩度假酒店,沙子是很正常的一件事,如果你不想有沙子,这可能吗?我们去过很多沙滩度假酒店,没有任何一个会这么强调沙子进水的。而在泳池问要浴巾时,一般只给你非常小的浴巾,问为什么不给大的,被告知那是留给领导准备的。问给哪些领导准备的,回答不知。我无语了。一个国际酒店竟然这样对待其白金会员,还能说什么。从来没有见过浴巾只有很小号的,而且下午就没有了,管理和服务太混乱了。

去年一年没有怎么入住SPG所以从白金降级到金级,不知道是不是级别的降低导致不同的待遇,开车入住到地下停车场,没有人询问是不是住宿,结账时候前台告知下次需要停到地面停车场,说他们地下停车场停车券有限,第一地面没有车位,也没有人询问我开车是要住宿还是吃饭,第二都是万达集团,对于住宿客人停车还那么计较吗?其次 不知道是不是去年没有怎么入住,前台换人换了好多,几乎都不认识,入住时这位新人前台没有升级房间我就当我人品没有攒好,楼层也没有升级,今天早上前台负责人明明说可以提供停车卷,这位新人又说不好意思 不提供停车券,我真无语,我和负责人的对话她都没有听? 明明是小事,感觉服务很不专业,早上着急办事就没有追究,总之青岛艾美就是服务比较出彩,不知道是培训不到位还是怎么,全程前台很冷谈,让我觉得很不舒服。

上合峰会之前的安检严格可以理解,可是我们十几位同事入住时,其中一位汉族同事在出示有效身份证的情况下因为人脸检测系统的不匹配,前台人员先是要求客人自己打车去派出所开证明,但要求要有酒店人员“陪同”,期间3位酒店的工作人员围住这位同事,“如临大敌”。后来酒店决定派车送同事去派出所,同时除了一位担任司机外,有另外一位酒店工作人员“陪同”(原谅我实在不想用“押送”这样的字眼)。在从派出所回到酒店后和前台理论他们的这种服务态度和水平时,其前厅经理又拉来一位警察,这实在是让人对这家酒店的服务感到极端的失望。

グラブラウンジでチェックインをしたが、スタッフがとてもふれんどりーであり、更にゲストに必要な手助けは無いかを考えながら接してくれていることがわかる。素晴らしいサービスである。 部屋は少しだけ朽ちている部分があった。水道の蛇口から錆びが出ていた。あとは気にあるところはなかった。グラブラウンジでの朝食も飲み物、卵料理を勧めてくれました。楽しくホテルの滞在をするこたが出来ました。

一直猶豫是否寫下這次的經驗! 因為整體而言, 青島艾美酒店的團隊已經相當不錯, 服務的觀念也接近完美, 會出現這樣的事情, 想必是那個環節出了問題!清早(約七點多), 因為晚睡, 不是很清醒, 隱約的聽見門鈴聲與敲門聲, 不以為意! 沒多久竟然聽見開門聲, 哇! 不會吧! 我開了請勿打擾耶!起身後, 看到更不思議的景象, 有人試圖用卡片從外要推開我的門栓, 我喊了一聲, 做什麼! 那人跑了! 開門一看, 沒人在走道上!此時睡意全消! 電話服務中心, 接電話的人似乎不知嚴重性, 還說, 可能是服務員弄錯了! 不久一位自稱是客房部主管的男士來電, 說是服務員聽錯要退房的房間號造成的!聽錯房號! 這真是不可思議~~~SOP 不是說, 如果發現門是鎖的, 應該要請前廳或客房主管陪同開門! 怎麼會自己開呢? 還要強行開門栓! 這很嚴重吧, 我連基本的安全都被侵犯了, 還談什麼!後續第一時間的處理只能說不及格!再來的處理都只能說一般!好與優秀的服務, 差異就在發生問題後的處理上!青島艾美團隊, 加油吧!

I stayed at your hotel from Nov 1 through Nov 3 at room 2515. A deposit of Y3000 was charged to my credit card on Nov 1. I paid in cash upon check out, but the charges has not been reversed as yet (Nov 4). Deposit should not have been processed until check out when actual charges are known. Please look into that.Also I had breakfast at the executive lounge on Nov 2 and the food was cold. The staff claimed that the heaters were not working. Have stayed at 10+ SPG hotels in recent years, this one is the worst. 1. Got no platinum recognition, bad attitude from front desk when I asked for an upgrade, and finally no upgrade, of course. There was no welcome letter nor platinum membership acknowledgement. I had to remind front desk about my status and her reply was unexpectedly unfriendly and rude. I was kind of shocked and thar left me real bad first impression about this hotel.2. The concierge was not helpful. When I requested for details about some tourist destinations, he simply read out what he found on the internet. later i found the info he gave me was incorrect and affected my itinerary.3. The room was small, dusty and dated.

4月两次入住,觉得地理位置不错,适合短期休假。旁边的万达电影院很方便看午夜场。楼下打车也比较方便。服务不错。行政酒廊有待加强,能喝的只有可乐+屈臣氏的苏打水、生姜水。Happy Hour 的品种也太少。床非常舒服。整体来说很满意。

We booked two rooms at this hotel while our family visiting Qingdao. We booked two non-smoking rooms.But we saw cigarette butt in front of one guest room on the same floor. We can smell heavy cigarette smell in the hall way just outside one of our rooms. We also noticed people are smoking in the room with open door just cross of one of our rooms.There is no clear sign for non-smoking room or non-smoking floor in this hotel.We reported these issue to the hotel management since we booked non-smoking rooms, but there is no improvement.I am very disappointed with our stay at this hotel while we had great time at other hotels while we were in Chengdu and Chongqing.

To whom it may concern,I was stayed at Lemeridien Qingdao last Friday, Sep 12thand I want to tell you some unpleasant experiences there.1) Unprofessional front staffWhen I visited SPG hotels, I used to be informed; such like which benefits will be provided for platinum members, where the breakfast restaurant is, and what the operating hours of hotel facilities is and so on.However’ they never told me any single one or didn’t give me the printed paper about that information.I could also choose a platinum gift.and I had to ask every time access to all facilities. Sauna, club lounge, spa.Even partially wrong information provided by the staff.2) Unstable Internet environmentI had to stay because of work time.However, because of unstable Internet environment, I could not in my work room.I found a near Starbucks with a laptopEventually, because of my job, I was forced to check out early.3) Smelly roomI booked non-smoking room but some disgusting smells like cheap cigarette was there.I saw some people smoking in the hallway.I believe that Le Meridien hotels have certain standards,but there were nothing I expected from a high-end hotel, the Le Meridien.Please tell me how I can understand this exasperating experience.I really really can’t understand this. 一進入酒店,大堂樓底極高,設計都簡潔時尚,極具氣派。Check-in時發生了一些小插曲,幸好酒店很快派出客服經理去跟進安排,最後並把我的房間安排在Corner 的位置,能夠享受兩面的景觀,而且還送來一盆水果,感覺他們挺重視客人的意見。房間面積挺大,床也是加了軟墊,睡得很舒適。酒店的設施基本也算齊備,值得一提酒店的泳池有池底音樂,健身房也是24小時開放,很可惜的是入住第二天便被告之泳池要修理關閉,令本人失去預算。另外從更衣室進入泳池時的沖身位置,水看來不太乾淨,希望酒店能留意。這裡有三間餐廳,中、日及西都試過,日本及西餐廳,味道很一般,中餐廳的水準還可以,其中有個鮑魚炒飯特別好吃,值得推介。還有,禮賓司有一位上通宵更的小帥哥,服務特別殷勤,為我提供了很多有用的旅遊資訊,特別應該表揚。基本上,酒店大部份職員都是有禮、服務不錯的。

Nice hotel, close to department store, cinema, many restaurants and coffee, easy to get taxi, and the overall traffic is better than Hongkong road area. The breakfast is good for northern people, no surprise for club level room. I also suggest the hotel provide the menu of HBO etc.

自驾出行,最希望酒店有的是地下停车场,可以直接电梯到大堂办CI,可惜这家不行,你必须把车停到马路对面的体育场里,要开车出去,需要问门口的保安拿停车券,再去对面体育场取车。拎着很多行李走这些路,并不是很容易,何况也没见什么迎宾的师傅主动过来帮你提。万达系的SPG酒店,是此次青岛之行觉得体验最逊的,进房间门就是各种收费饮料矿泉水,还放在床头,感觉就像到了某小镇的挂牌三星宾馆。当然,优点也是有的,出门左转就是万达商场,可以吃吃饭喝喝咖啡什么的,这也是车子开出酒店就堵在门口的小路上的慰藉了。

The experience I have with Le Meridien Qingdao has always been excellent. This hotel would do everything as a team to make sure my every stay pleasant. It was my 100th stay with this hotel on my recent visit to Qingdao. To my surprise, they threw me a little party when I checked in late at night. Managers Bertie and Jacqueline were waiting for me to surprise me although they were supposed to leave office at 5:00pm. I really appreciate their warm and sweet welcome.I barely mentioned once to a manager Jacqueline that I love smell of fresh flowers. When I came back to my room the next day, I saw beautiful lily in my room and it smelled great. When I saw the flower, I not only enjoyed the smell but also I saw a great team working together seamlessly behind that. Jacqueline needed to initiate the lead. She might need to get approval from her boss. And then she would need to call purchasing department to buy the lily back. I also understood Amy Ji did a big help to get that lily. Housing department will need to make sure that the follower was put in a vase and been sent to my room before I came back. Hennie made some phone call to ensure the follower was in my room. Lots of people worked together behind this beautiful flower.The crew in this hotel set a high standard in SPG group. Wherever I travel and stay at SPG hotel in the world, I cannot help to compare their service with Le Meridien Qingdaos service. So far, Le Meridien Qingdao is the best team I have met. Well done!!!

Hotel was very nice, room was nice, and generally the hotel was fine, but the service of the restaurant staff was below average and is the primary factor in pulling down the overall rating. The restaurant staff were not attentive and did not seem prepared. This was disappointing for such a nice hotel, especially when other staff members were up to standards for Le Méridien. Would still recommend this hotel for location and quality, but service at the restaurant needs to be improved.

This was my first stay in Qingdao and my first stay in this hotel. I was on a business trip at the hotel. Overall my stay was good but some things really need to be improved. 1) Internet Connection was sometimes quite fast (early in the morning or late at night) but during working hours the internet was so slow that working (email) was nearly impossible 2) Breakfast Quality: one day the breakfast buffet was good - the other day not. Also quite big differences could be experienced during my stay. So for example one day the cappuccino tasted strange - I immediately said to the stuff that something must be wrong with the coffee because it tasted very salty - and after 4 cappuccino the staff find out that something was wrong with the milk machine. But why does I have to taste 4 cappuccino until somebody believe me and try to find out what is wrong. Another example for the breakfast was that the orange juice was empty nearly all the time and that the hot buffet sometimes was cold. 3) the shower in my room (2902) was a little bit mouldy- for a 4-5 star hotel this is not ok. Also the water from the shower smelled like the water is polluted by algal.

预定前翻看过评论,原本心里还有些打怵,没想到入住后非常的好。前台经理tim办理的入住,并赠送了早餐。江艳丽经理提供了很多的帮助,热情的介绍青岛景点和当地特色餐饮。并在办理离店后给予了很多帮助(物品寄存、帮助接收快递、安排大堂酒廊,并在离店上车时亲自出来帮忙开车门)。虽然酒店设施比较陈旧了一些,天花板上还有些干涸的水渍,但是这些在热情周到的服务面前都是微不足道。在此感谢tim和江艳丽女士以及所有的服务人员,让我带着满足的心情结束了这次青岛之行。期待下次入住。

住过该酒店很多次之后,这次上来评论。首先是因为前台ZIV(如果没记错英文名的话)服务水准特别高,最近几次的入住都是由他给我办理的,办理完之后很快的会把欢迎水果送到房间。在这之前,我一直以为该酒店没有欢迎水果。我希望该酒店的所有工作人员都有其的服务水准。酒店房间比较陈旧,特别是好几次发现天花板有一些类似漏水之后没有处理的水渍,有些房间整个天花板都是。特别的恶心。酒店对于房间升级比较小气,一般升级到行政楼层,或者更低一点的房间类型。仅有一次升级到了套房,那还是晚上将近10点到点,仅住一天的情况。

All the hardware at the hotel seems fine except the water flow in the bathroom is not too steady. It could go from normal to scanty and resume to normal gradually. Based on my experience, this could be a piping issue with air trapped somewhere along it.However, one night, we accidentally broke the coffee mug while washing it, so we called housekeeping to help cleaning up. The person cleaned everything well. When we checked out, we noticed an item in the bill of RMB55, so I asked what that item was, and it was the broken mug. Excuse me, I am not stealing anything, but just accidentally breaking it. The front desk person contacted house keeping and decided to give us a 20% off discount for it, so charging us RMB44 instead. I am suggesting that this should totally be waived because we are not taking possession of the mug, but just accidentally breaking it. The hotel is very stingy on this. It makes me feel like I should not even eat at the restaurant because any broken glass or plate will be charged onto me. Secondly, if you were to charge me for the mug, you should pack it up in a box and present me with that. Now I have nothing to get home by giving you the RMB44.This is definitely not what I expected from Le Meridien. I asked to talk to the manager, and the front office person brought a lady who identified herself as the manager on duty, and after some discussion, she has agreed to write to us explaining their policy regarding how they charge guest on breaking items. I have not heard anything from her, and it is now four weeks since I departed.I am totally disappointed by this Le Meridien. I will definitely recommend my friends or myself not to stay there again if I dont hear anything.Thanks for anyone who had helped, and good luck to those who will be staying there not to break anything.

山东第一次SPG就是住这家,二次来住,已过夏天旺季,房型升级一般。工作人员答曰套房是给100P预留的,他们的贡献更大……不能给予升级。直到当晚,凌晨还有在卖。国庆期间入住的青岛威斯汀,都很积极给保留了升级房型。早餐厅很乱,才9:20左右就没啥吃的,餐台一片乱,附近交通也很堵,酒廊HH的出品还不错。

1月23日-26日,携家人往青岛度岁,由于此前一直倾慕艾美,所以特别选择入住青岛万达艾美酒店,入住3晚后,以下是个人对酒店及其服务的感觉:一、优点1、地理位置:不错,紧邻万达广场,距离各景点不远,出租车出入方便,对于我们外地人来说,相当方便;2、酒店设施:设计和布局都合理,硬件设施完善。特别是令孩子在冬日能畅泳的恒温泳池,孩子非常喜欢。二、不足之处1、服务有缺失。虽然在酒店处处都能得到招呼,但明显地只流于表面,心完全没有投入。从登记入住开始到离开,除了礼宾部稍满意外,其他均有极大的改善空间。登记入住时,前台接待没有给客人感受到新年第一天的喜气和热情;早餐前台接待每天带客人入座后,都会问是否需要咖啡和茶,但问过即止,永远不会有相应的饮品呈上;入住第2晚收到酒店来电,征询对酒店的意见,此本是好事,我提出上述不满后,希望次日延迟退房,访问员留下我的手机号码,说稍后回复,除晚上回酒店收到致谢信和果盘外,回复一直未收到,结果次日上午自行到前台提出要求。上述一切,只能说明一个:“心未到”。2、酒店早餐与酒店档次严重不符。在酒店3天的早餐,无论在餐点的品种数量、补充速度、没有一天能令我满意。每天九点多到餐厅,当看到众多空的盘子,已令人相当失望,餐厅负责人未能及时发现或无意补充,这作为一个五星级酒店是不应该存在的。3、在房间细节方面,两边床头的总开关总发出令人不安的绿色灯光,每天晚上都必须用纸片挡住方能入睡。以上为个人此次入住的感受,希仅为个别事件,上述一切,有则改之,无则加勉。

It was a stay that I reminded myself writing about it. The power system went out close to midnight when I was working on a critical deck for the second day and after waiting for 15 minutes for the technicians to come up and 20 minutes of failed all sorts of fix attempts, they changed me to a new room - where I had to pack and carry everything over. The second day at the executive lounge asking for a fried egg from the kitchen - the guy is literately standing there and looking at me while doing nothing - took almost 15 minutes.Worst SPG experience ever and I told the executive floor guys the same - they said, oh we are sorry for the incident last night and our manager said he would come up to apologize. After I finished breakfast, including the long 15 minutes wait for the fried egg, NOBODY came and talked to me ever again.This is how the platinum member is treated at this hotel.

Many issues:1. Booked 2 rooms through CTRIP.COM Confirmation from CTRIP (both sms and email) indicates rates inclusive of 2 breakfast per room, free drink voucher, free ticket to beer museum and a can of Red Bull drink.2. Also book hotel airport limo service for 500 to fetch from airport to hotel3. Our flights were delayed by 1 hours. So by the time we arrived Qingdao, it was already 2330hr. I asked the limo driver to coordinate with hotel reception to prepare our check in in-advance. Limo driver said his job was driver and not his job to contact hotel.4. So I called the hotel MYSELF informing we would arrive in 40 minutes and please got the rooms ready (should be ready) and more importantly ROOM KEY and paper ready for just signature. A Miss Zhang answered my phone and said she will inform the reception.5. Arrive hotel around 0015hr. Ms Jiang (Guest Relation Manager) and another staff attended to us. NOTHING was prepared in advance. Room key only prepared during our check in and also printed the relevant document only during our check in.6. Then both Ms Jiang and the staff told us our rate do not include breakfast. I told them the rates I chosen via CTRIP website includes Breakfast and also i received confirmation on this.7. Ms Jiang said hotel system indicate our rates are room only. So therefore no breakfast. She told me to contact CTRIP on my own as that is CTRIP problem.8. I asked Ms Jiang it is already 0030hr now and how you expect me to call now. I shown her my SMS from CTRIP confirming breakfast was included. She insisted I forward my SMS to her.9. Ms Jiang gave me the feeling that I was trying to cheat Le Meridian and kept insisting this is their hotel policy and i have to respect it. She really embarrassed me at the reception as there were other guests checking in then.10. I asked her how can she treated SPG gold card member like this? Firstly i am a regular SPG customer and we even pay for LIMO service. Why should I cheat Le Meridian for breakfast? Also how she expect me to call CTRIP at 0030hr?11. In my view, it should be Ms Jiang (hotel) to liaise directly with CTRIP and sort out. Not the customer. Furthermore, I think the hotel should give the guest (GOLD member and one who pay 500 for limo transfer) benefit of doubt.12. Later when i got into my room, I was disappointed too. NOTHING, nothing was prepared in advance. No evening turn down service, curtain not closed, and my pillow preference was not there too. Also the drink and ticket vouchers and red bull were also not given13. I dont use these vouchers nor drink red bull. But what i am trying to show Le Meridian dont give respect to regular SPG customer like me.14. Also during check in, I asked Ms Jiang about my free internet, she said this is not free because I book my room through CTRIP. I told her i understand that my stay will not accumulate SPG points but i thought my SPG RECOGNITION is there irrespective how I book my room! Ms Jiang insisted no free internet. Later, upon my insist, she said internet is free but she never give me the password.15. During my stay, I spent about 2000 on a Japanese dinner and about 500 for lunch at Le Meridian hotel and 500 for limo. I thought I am the type of traveller preferred by SPG. Unfortunately I dont get this feeling during my stay.16. During my lunch, I was also disappointed with service. We ordered lunch at 1130hr and told them to be fast as we need to rush airport. I even asked waitress will my order (Sirloin Steak) take a long time. She said will be fast because the cafe was NOT busy. Despite my repeat chasing, our lunch - steak and club sandwich - arrived at 1155hr! We only have 5 minutes to eat.ZERO recognition to SPG member if you book the rooms through travel agent. The staff also give you that stare and look as if customers are trying to take advantage of them.Please tell Le Meridian Qingdao to wake up.
