So good! I loved the steamed liver and spicy-dad soup special! Speaking of dads, where is mine? Any who, the only downsides I had were literally having my toes boiled for not honoring the leader, having to call the leader zaddy multiple times, and--where is my dad, really? I highly recommend 옥류관 for lunch or dinner. Enjoy!

I came in expecting food to die for and I was not disappointed! My sister was executed and cooked right in front of me to be made into a sort of BBQ. It was very salty but other than that, the food is killer!!! The only downside are the sounds of children screaming and water splashing coming from the kitchen but otherwise the service was very good. The red interior beautifully compliments the many decapitated heads hanging around the restaurant. Great family restaurant all around 10/10 would come back

I went in the middle of the high school winter vacation in the evening, so I couldnt see the surrounding scenery properly, but I was blown away by the food. I hate North Korea so much, but the food there is better than most naengmyeon restaurants in Korea. It seems like the main menu is chicken noodle soup.

The staff are very friendly, and I dont think its okay to say that you should eat Pyongyang naengmyeong at Okryugwan!
