The service provided by the shop was mind-blowing. The only shop in Kannur district where I could get most modern furnitures for my contemporary style home was Ideal decor. The hospitality provided by the staffs, especially Dinil , was ultimate and the after sale service was impressive. They delivered the product on time and without any damages.

Quality of product is good, but service was terrible. They promised to deliver the same day. When I called them to find out where the item was, they gave the excuse that both numbers that I had given them were wrong.After that they called us the next day early morning and said the item would be delivered in 20mins. They finally arrived after 4 hrs, when I had to repeatedly call and pester them.

I am bit disappointed with the service. I ordered 6x4 cot with 9mm plywood last week but I have received bed with with 6mm plywood. But when I visited there for purchasing the cot the sales girl assured me that the cot comes with 9mm plywood. After delivering the wrong item they were not ready to replace with required size plywood. Instead of that they simply given a discount of 10%.No I am really worried about the durability of my cot. Very bad behavior.
