Very Poor Service from Staff here.I had a complaint that I dont get Electricity bill of my office correctly.I just said that give me intimation in mail atleast.Every time they disconnect & take away fuse.When I asked the staff here to solve my querry, she just ignored & was not ready to talk.She just said go to MESCOM Bannur office & resolve your issues there.People like this spoil the name of the department.They are not fit to sit there when they cant help people in trouble.
