This post office will not and theyre very difficult to deal with.

If I could put zero star, I would. In India, you can avoid fees from travel agencies by booking your train tickets in any post office.My guesthouse manager told me that the staff is not very eager to help customers, especially for train bookings.She was not kidding.I was greeted by a Sorry, we are closed , but the office actually closes at 5pm. Five staff members seamed nonetheless very available and after a short argument pointing the absurdity of the situation, they turned their back on me, and simply ignored me.Worst customer service I had in my life, that was an absolute chocker.

Very bad experience. The post office staff is very bad they will not help you even if they can.They dont beleive in work they believe in rest ,talking on mobile and gossip with each other.They dont care for customers.This is very unfortunate.

We gave them five postcards at the end of October and they never arrived. We had to pay too much. I have got the bad feeling that they never gave our postcards to another post office.Dont give them your postcards!
