Dadhich Bhavan is a huge building built by the Brahmin brothers where delicious food and lodging facilities are available. Here you will find AC and non-AC rooms. You can do small and big programs in the halls here, such as feeding people, Sneha Milan etc. You may have a problem here, there are some insects in the rooms here.

Pushkar is a good place to stay in Rajasthan, from where all the sights are quite close
