Good to visit during Durga Puja. Pandal not much creative even when they have huge space.

A very famous place of this area that also serves as a landmark. The temple itself is quite nice and well maintained. The ambience is calm on most of the time of the day so it is good for meditation and prayers. There is a big playground in the front that adds to the scenic beauty and highlights the temple even more.

Its my local Durga Puja temple. It was renovated to its current beautiful structure 4-5 years ago. The Durga Puja here is done with pomp and grandeur quite responsibly by the committee. Recently the Pandels of here are attracting people from allover Purulia to come, see and enjoy. Every year different types of themes are being introduced which indicates the spontaneity of the operative committee. Here is some pictures from Durga Puja 2018.

Very nice place with a wide garden in front of it. This place is best for worshiping as well as for spending peaceful time. Many old women and men, small kids come and spend time here in the lap of goddess Durga. Its is easily accessible by any vehicle. And their is enough area for parking.

Durga Pujo is in a very good environment.

I have been going to see Pujo for a few years. E is doing well. The statue must be of the former style. It is good. The mandapa premises are quite spacious. There are also many shops.
